i do tend to agree with this.
however, it does seem to be the case that sometimes angels do interact with people in the form of a person, and in the countless stories of giving money or food to homeless people and they disappear afterwards..
there are enough real homeless people that it doesn't seem nessisary for God to test people via the holy spirit inspiring a person to give an angel something, when there are homeless real people.
unless of course the angels are teleportation agents for the heavenly distribution network lol.
