I agree with you that Satan is not god but surely to those who follow him, he is.

So, what you're really saying is that Satan is too busy as a deceiver to spend his or his minions limited time left suppressing the Gospel and that AI/surveillance won't also be used for such a purpose? For isn't that what makes the discussion of the thread relevant to believers?

House churches in China have a difficult time as it is, and add the increase of surveillance, AI use, and all it takes is the attention of the Government to focus on those brothers & sisters, and you have a persecution not seen since the days of Rome.

Roman persecution was sporadic at best. And isolated to specific regions. The Colosseum didn't even exist until after the destruction of Jerusalem (and built with Jewish money).

Nothing new as far as China is concerned.
My concern is more about War when it comes to China. Sadly, too many countries who have internal issues, find War as a viable option when it struggles with both the economy and internal strife. Nothing like a good war to refocus the minds of the masses. That is why President Trump pushing the Tariffs, is okay, but only to a certain point. Like folks who have dealt with rats. You're fine, until you corner one, then it's another story.

If things get too bad in china, either the current leader or another will have war in its heart, and it wouldnt be long till they start attacking other nations. Might not start with us, but I dont doubt we will play a part in it.
