God having all knowledge , His sovereignty means that His plans Will come to pass. And He does want to have relationship with Him. And He does know who will or won't accept His son as their personal Savior. We don't have that knowledge. So our "thing" is to share the gospel unto salvation with all who will listen. Some will and some won't.
