Why Did Demons Ask Jesus for Pigs?

I do see that those people wanted nothing to do with Jesus because of how the pigs were wasted in the sea for they were not wanting that to happen to theirs.

I did not consider that demons desperately want to occupy another to reek havoc wherever they be.

Interesting Brother
I enjoyed the contrast between Job picking God over possessions, Where the gentiles seemed to favor the possessions ( pigs) over the Lord

and yes I always felt that the unclean spirits felt a certain “ pain” from not being associated with a fleshly body
myself
Very good Brother
SHALOM❤️

Well; in my judicious estimation: the demons hoped to use the herd of swine as their
weapon in a desperate attempt to murder Jesus, thus preventing him from exiling
them to perdition in the future.

Matt 7:6 . . Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If
you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to
pieces.

BTW: The Gadarenes weren't Gentiles. They were descendants of one of the tribes
of Israel that chose to settle on the east side of the Jordan river instead of west.

Your BTW is in error...The Gadarenes or Gergesenes were most definitely one of the pagan people that lived in the area

Jesus was sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. (Matt 15:24)

The tribes of Gad, Manasseh, and Rueben chose to settle on the east side of the
Jordan river (Num 32:33). Had they not done so; Jesus wouldn't have journeyed thru
that area.

Have you ever stopped off a Rotten Ronnies Choke and Puke? Were you called to that? Of course Jesus made stops in His travels...
