Extreme anxiety

Hi there I have had this problem all my life, but nervousness and anxiety has come back again - along with selective mutism (in group situations especially introductions where I have difficulty even saying my own name!) I want to have a voice that will be clear and loud enough to praise God! Please pray that my trepidation and fear will be replaced by courage and that my voice will be stronger than ever! I my self had a problem of public speaking, i decided to meditate God's word and apply it in my daily walk. I studied the bible and tried to find out what dose God say about me (personally).


you are a child of God, there is nothing you should be afraid off. Read:

Joshua 1:9
Be bold, be strong, for the Lord is with you"



2Timoty 1:7
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.



1Timoty 4:11-15
11 These things command and teach.
12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
13 Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
14 Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership.
15 Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all.






Don't forget you are so special to your father God.

Heavenly father, righteous and Holy one.

I offer my sister to you, bless her mind Lord, remove the anxiety and give her the mind of Christ. help her to know that you are in control and that there is no need for worry.
Give her peace Lord, let your Holy Spirit fill her. Remove the fear.
Give her courage to face all situation Head on, because she is a child of God.
Amen.


The root of Anxiety is fear, Replace that fear with trust.
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding,

Here are some healing words when anxiety shows its face.

..Create in me a clean heart, a God; and renew a right spirit within me. (Psalm 51:10)


..If any of you are having trouble, pray. If you are happy, sing psalms. (James 5:13


..Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters ... they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. For I am the Lord your God" (Isaiah 43:1-3).

..So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)


..Let not your heart be troubled. You are entrusting God, now trust in Me. (John 14: 1).

That is why we are not discouraged. Though outwardly we are wearing out inwardly we are renewed day by day. (2 Corinthians 4:16)

But he told me: "My kindness is all you need. My power is strongest when you are weak." So I will brag even more about my weaknesses in order that Christ's power will live in me. Therefore, I accept weakness, mistreatment, hardship, persecution, and difficulties suffered for Christ. It's clear that when I'm weak, I'm strong. (2 Corinthians 12.-9-10)
