This is another question I have a hard time answering because as a Christian, I should be able to testify to a child (and people older than me) as to why.

I think of the War in Heaven. Adam & Eve. Moses versus Pharaoh. Judas Iscariot and the robber denying Jesus with their dying breath. I think of the synagogue of Satan versus the world at this very moment. I think of the gates of Hell yawning wide with its own beckoning me - as usual. I think of the fact that Christ is Alive and these facts comfort me even when my soul is under attack.

But how to convey this Peace to victims of abuse? Vengeance is IEHOVAH's. Millstones are for the king David's of the lawful world to use. I have my firsthand survival stories because I pray to God in Heaven and Jesus Christ responded by saving me every single time. Every time. He gave me my life, and for all the horror I still go through I know Jesus is the Redeemer and He will repay, and he is mighty to save my soul and your soul. It's not too late.

Again I ask, if you have had experience in this, because I may learn something good... If a child asks something like, "Why didn't God save me when I was being abused to death?"... how did you answer?

I would love the chapter and verse of The Word to strengthen your response.
Thank you very much for your time.

I've barely there. I'd say it's because of evil that people choose, sin, and yes sometimes God has a plan, even if it seems strange.

This reminds me of those saints who die and go to heaven during the tribulation. The moment they arrive, they demand God get vengeance on them.

How bad must their deaths have been for this to be one of the first things they discuss with God?

Rev 6:10 They called out in a loud voice, “How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?

Being abused is a lot more synonymous with being a Christian than we realise. I explain why in these two threads:

This Isn't What I Signed Up For... Or Is It?

"God allows abuse. Why?"

A direct answer would be, because A. He is a good God and B. It is part and parcel of the creation we are.

A. Him being good Psalm 136:1 requires Him giving, us a human creation that has high intelligence Heb 2:7, true free will.

B. We are created as humans because He wants to adopt a creation as His own sons and daughters Eph 1:5, Rom 8:15, Gal 4:5-7. This requires Him to filter those worthy of adoption from those who are not. This requires Him to create Earth, an environment where He can gift both time and space to His creation enabling them to exercise their true free will. As a result, you will inevitably have all being victims in some way or another of evil actions by evil people.

May Jesus fill us with his love and wisdom

The devil is always trying to give mankind this image of good verses evil, of light verses darkness, and in this he has won. Making himself seem like an equal opposite with God.

This is all a lie

The is no Equal Opposite where God is involved.

The true enemy of the devil is us.

We are not equal to the devil, but with God, the Devil is nothing. It can't fight it's way out of a paper bag when you stand with God.

Some friends of mine were being harrassed by a cult once. So i found the cult group and told them to knock it off. At that moment, they called up thier "big" demon. I brought it down with God's authority in 5 seconds. That group has never bothered them again.

It isn't ying and yang as in eastern religion. It is just God. Jesus the Holy Spirit with us. And what we decide. It all comes down to a matter of choice, every day.

Are you going to choose to follow God. Are you going to choose to accept your brothers and sisters from all walks of life. Are you going to choose to help a sinner. Are you going to choose to become humble before God.

God can use it for his purpose, if he wants to refine you for bigger purposes that you don`t know about, yet. The saints suffered and suffered willingly for God and his purposes. And for others. they did that and developed virtue and as such got even more holiness and more power. The exorcists said God wants you to work on your weaknesses and develop virtue in those, to get more virtue. Like beating the devil. How evil attach to specific areas and sometimes God allows it for growth or specific purposes. Hard to understand but that is what they said like Job. And for virtue and higher purpose. But evil can`t do what he wants he is highly restricted and not allowed to kill. And sometimes its for you to come closer to God.
But many times, God spares us and help us. 90 % of the time. Then it is mans sins, and evils temptations.

Yes agreed

I was just pointing out based on some of the conversation going on, that the devil is not equal to God. Never has been, never will be. Lucifer and those angels who fell were also created by God. It is thier influence on mankind, which makes us think that there is some equality to God. Look at the influence that the darkness has had over Eastern thinking and philosophy with yin and yang being opposite equals.

There is no equal when it comes to the darkness and God. Is just a deception
