Why do christians hate muslims when jesus was a muslim

You don't speak for "we".
I'll accuse ANY Muslim and Islam of the truth their book states.
Ishmael was nothing but pathetic, WHINY butthurt little boy who never got over it and you can be sure his "mother" egged him on.
Their own book damns them.
Islam is directly opposed to God. Christans have far better chances with non-Muslims and use of their time.

If you know the truth about them and what they think of you, you wouldn't waste your time. You wouldn't waste your time with the ones God tell us not to help.

Medic, you may be right on a few points, but I think you may also be a little overzealous on others.

Christianity 101 teaches us to judge righteously. We are called to properly examine ourselves (1 Cor. 11:31), to judge situations wisely, and to exercise discernment better than the unsaved (1 Cor. 6:1–9), since scripture even says that one day we will judge angels (1 Cor. 6:3).

All of us would want others to judge us fairly and accurately, so why not extend that same courtesy to Muslims and to Islam as well?

Your opinion nothing more.
  • zeal for God,
  • zeal for righteousness,
  • zeal for truth and obedience.
I and countless others know what they truly believe. They are NOT goingto Heaven. By definition, their own "holy book" promotes so many evil things.
The Judge has spoken and I repeat what the Judge has said on any group especially them. I do NOT care who's feelings get hurt. Feelings don't save or get people into Heaven.
They'll just as soon kill you if you're stupid enough to take one as a friend or worse a "lover".

They are enemies of God.
Philistones? Eradicated.
Amalekites? Eradicated.

You know what they call former Muslims? Not Muslims.
A reminder: Islam and Muslim is not a race.

:) I really don't want to argue with you as I agree with you on many items.

Just one thing, In post # 23 I did not give my opinion. Judging righteously is Christianity 101 and a courtesy we must certainly try to extend to all.

I don't want to overly defend Islam. I agree that the Quran has teaching for this. But we must also acknowledge the fact that many Muslims are not extremist's pushing this. Some Muslims reject all expansionist readings. You will probably find that less than 1% are extremists. That is still a lot of people, but certainly not a condemnation that we can hold against the other 99%.
May Jesus fill us with his love and wisdom

There is a new Christian teaching out there well I can say supposedly Christian teaching that is referred to as the DONE system. Even in the authors book he contradicted himself twice not even reading halfway through it.

I can and will judge them from what God has said. They won't be in Heaven.
I replied. Whether you came to the conclusioin it was an argument is on you.

Too many of ya'll out there are TOO soft. Prayer has yet to turn bullet and bombs into fairy dust and "good vibes".

I've NO sympathy or leniency for Muslims. They are not our brothers and sisters. The Crusades were a GOOD and justified thing in our history.

The Bible says Christians should judge sin inside the church

In First Epistle to the Corinthians 5, Paul rebukes a church for tolerating serious public sin.
He says:
  • Christians are to judge matters within the church community
  • Open, unrepentant sin among believers must be addressed
  • Church discipline may be necessary
The Bible repeatedly tells believers to:
  • Test teachings
  • Recognize evil
  • Avoid false doctrine
  • Identify corrupt behavior and harmful movements

A "good" muslim in our opinion is lukewarm. If a muslim follows what their book teaches (i.e. killing infidels) he is "bad" or an "extremist". That means their book is ultimately bad.

All false religions have some good points or they wouldn't catch on. For example a muslim shouldn't steal, shouldn't gamble, shouldn't practice usury.

Yes and no. These are popular catchphrases, but there is a lot to consider if you properly study and examine the subject. Most Christians’ knowledge of Islam is often comparable to reading media headlines and catchphrases rather than deeply understanding the beliefs and history involved..

I have lifetime of work and personal interaction with muslims from the middle east, east asia, south asia and expats in the west. After becoming christian I rid my home of inappropriate things and paid to ship my (gifted) quran to a muslim friend in another country.

Nobody knows everything. Enlighten me.

1. I would have destroyed and not gifted the Quran. ;)

2. Like I have said to Medic, there are many false accusations we make of actual Muslim teaching. If we properly study a specific topic we will grasp our naivety.

I am not wanting to in anyway shape of form defend Islam. It is a false satanic influenced belief system. But as Christians, we should always properly discern and judge a matter. Else we come across as ignorant and butthurt.

I feel most have that nudging of the Holy Spirit giving discernment that causes us to be instantly repulsed. But now if we are going to pen disagreements or type on the internet, we need to do some studying and type sound rebuttals.

I completely agree with all you have said. You are simply omitting the fact that when we judge, we must do a proper job of it and get our facts together. Type sound rebuttals. Consider all the facts of a matter.

Take this thread for example. You made a claim that they lie. I said some do but the Quran does not support it. You then type unrelated posts like the above instead of focusing on and dealing with argument raised.

This is a discussion forum. If someone makes an accusation they must support it.

You have now raised other accusations of Islam. Instead of accepting correction on one, you are now creating rabbit trails and moving the goal posts.

We are probably in full agreement on our overall view of Islam.

1. I would have destroyed and not gifted the Quran.
Some of the kindest people I have ever met were muslims. The quran I had was given to me and I was asked to promise that I would always treat it with respect. I felt compelled to respect even my pre-saved word. I did burn a number of things in my home that appeared demonic to my post-saved self.

A hotel restaurant where I ate all my meals during an extended stay in a muslim country was attacked by "allahu akbar" screaming, automatic weapon carrying people killing all western looking guests 2-3 days after my departure. I'm not defending islam and its satanically inspired book.

I've done no such thing.
Some? All them beliieve the Quran and all that and more than you know ACT ou the commandments from their satanic god, Baal.

Why do you fight SO hard for enemies of God when your time and energy are best spent on others who are more open to God?
I know a lot about Islam and Muslims.
I know a lot about the types of people God says NOT to help of which you've shown ignorance.

If you know and understood the truth about Islam and Muslims you wouldn't waste your time.
