I'm a Messianic Jew. You have a very skewed view of the New Covenant.
First of all Yeshua was not a apostle per your post, but a rabbi. I'm not a big fan of solar scriptura. Early Church Messianic Jews did fast. I still fast on special occasions.

The list begins with the Mosaic Covenant, which is eternal. The commandment is to keep the Sabbath Day, which is a day of rest holy. The Mosaic Covenant is eternal with no expiration date. Show me in the New Covenant where Sunday is the Sabbath to be observed. I work on Sunday mowing my yard and trimming my hedges and other work. It's a normal work day for me. I make sure when I'm going out to eat that day I get to the restaurant on 11, before Christians get out of church, so I don't have to wait for a table! Lol
