Do you guys think that he's in for a really big surprise when God reveals himself to this person.
I remember talking to my youngest son about snapping turtles how to hold them without getting your finger snapped. He was a young teenager at 15 years old feeling that he knew everything and knew nothing. To this day he has a little gash on his nose to remind him about looking in the front of a snapping turtles shell.

I think you're missing some important Spiritual insights into what is happening in the Noah account.
12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.
13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
All the flesh of the earth besides Noah had been corrupted. The earth was filled with violence, and with wickedness.
Now, following this God did something extraordinarily amazing. He established His Covenant with all flesh through Noah and set His Bow (the Rainbow -- which is tremendously beautiful by the way) in the Clouds. This is God showing love, grace, and mercy, and it is also one of the accounts in the Redemption Plan that God laid out for the redemption of Mankind following Adam's transgression. So much more was happening here than God drowning flesh off the drylands.

A friend & brother in Christ shared one of his daily communion times with me some weeks ago, and he expounded upon how Jesus on that dreadful night, in the Garden of Gethsemane, was betrayed by Judas with a kiss. How did Jesus respond? Our dear friend & brother in Christ caused me to become aware that the way in which Jesus responded to Judas that night was with faithfulness. He remained cordial, and loving, and brought no shame nor harm to Judas who at that moment in time was a vessel of satan, the enemy.
But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?
If you look closely at what Jesus has just spoken in response to His betrayal by the deception & action of Judas that night, He responded lovingly and cordially.

Regarding God not being a respecter of persons, that is true; but there is Jesus and whoever is in Jesus is in the faithful love & care of God our Father. In acts, there is a verse which reads 'whoever fears God and works righteousness is accepted of Him.' God gave the apostle a revelation which then later brought forth the birthing of these Words through the Holy Spirit in the Apostle which then gave them, the Apostles & the Church the knowledge that there is neither jew nor gentile in Christ, but in Christ all have become a New Creation. In addition to this, Jesus shows us how to pray for others when we petition God our Father through the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ:
Matthew 5:44
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
We don't petition God for punishments that 'somebody will never forget in this lifetime.' We petition God for deliverances & salvation, love & forgiveness, with mercy and with grace.
Micah 6:8

Samuel , When I see phrases like this Directed at me or anyone else, the first thought that comes to my mind Is that your messing around with the new age movement - because these are exactly the same words that they use when they're looking for Retribution .

God doesn't work like this. He hears prayers and requests that we have but he's the one that chooses how things are given. But he certainly doesn't take orders from anyone and does As Told so to speak, this is something that they do with spell casting when they're trying to persuade the darkness to do what they're bidding is.
