Reminding someone of what they already know, unless it is how to reform that failing does nothing.
Identifying the problem is the easy part. Now coming up with a solution...well that's much harder and the part most just scratch their heads over.

Help them find it, live it, and sustain it in face of all adversity and you will be a Child of God.
