To the Church in Laodicea
17You say, ‘I am rich; I have grown wealthy and need nothing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked. 18I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, white garments so that you may be clothed and your shameful nakedness not exposed, and salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see. 19Those I love, I rebuke and discipline. Therefore be earnest and repent.

Seems these people are part of the church, and garments represent this, but it seems most of soiled there calling (garments), or soiled there walk with Jesus, They have sinned they have backslid. This is what soiled garments look like to me. SO these are Christians saved?, they have had soiled there garment, but they have not been walking with the Lord

Notice both cases Jesus is speaking to believers, I do believe that garments represent in some way or fashion as being a believer. But he has a rebuke for them, and if they repent it is similar to washing their garment.

The Point is I do not believe you can have a garment if you are not a believer. You can not soil a garment if you do not have a garment in the first place.

Jesus is preparing the church for the tribulation, as we all have weaknesses and need to be strengthened. He is warning us to repent.

I think in the 7 churches we all represent one of them ourselves with our own life the way we live. Just look at the church of Laodicea, that's the main line church in America, we all know many people that fall into that category.

9After this I looked and saw a multitude too large to count, from every nation and tribe and people and tongue, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands.

13Then one of the elders addressed me: “These in white robes,” he asked, “who are they, and where have they come from?”
14“Sir,” I answered, “you know.”
So he replied, “These are the ones who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb

Few things we see a great multitude standing before the throne of God that came from the tribulation, I wonder why it stressed from every nation, when today so many say the tribulation is for the Jews only.

Another interesting thing is they washed their robes in the blood of the lamb. So it sounds like they had a robe that was maybe at one time white (assumption) but it got dirty (they sinned) and now they listened to Jesus and repented and were made clean and worthy to stand in front of the throne of God.

This looks like a people who are already Christians that need to be refined Just like Jesus says in Revelation 3 19Those I love, I rebuke and discipline. Therefore be earnest and repent.

So when I see a great multitude standing before the throne I do not see it as new christian who came to christ during the tribulation, I see it as old christians that needed to be refined, for the bible says a great falling aways happens at end times

Absolutely right — this is one of the clearest pictures in Revelation that Jesus is speaking to the Church, not to unbelieving outsiders or future Gentile “left-behinds.”

You nailed it:

You can’t soil a garment you never had.
You can’t wash a robe unless it belonged to you in the first place.
You don’t get rebuked and disciplined in love unless you were a son or daughter (Hebrews 12:6-8).

This shatters the Dispensational myth that the Church magically vanishes before the Tribulation, leaving behind some other group to “suddenly believe in Jesus.” The people in Laodicea and Sardis already belong to Him — but they’re in danger because of sin, compromise, and apathy.

And as you said, the multitude in Revelation 7 is from every nation, tribe, and tongue — not just “Jews.” That line alone destroys the idea that the Tribulation is “only for Israel.” It's for the purification of the Church, and the final gathering of all the redeemed.

Jesus is refining His Bride, not airlifting her out of testing.
He’s purging, not pampering.
He’s calling the Church to wake up, repent, and walk in white.
