Ya I didn't get the shot but I Neva got the covid n at the height i wore no mask n was around many homeless n drunks druggies n prostitutes n not one of them died from the covid.. idk what all that covid shot entailed but it's gonna affect generations of those who did get it n those who will reproduce..The dr. mentioned inflammation several times. Sugar causes inflammation in your body. Young people today have grown up on sugar drinks and lack of exercise, that young people my age exercised all the time. Parks had swing sets, monkey bars, and spinning wheels and cities removed them. We drank a lot of water when I was growing up. Hippocrates said, the cure for most diseases is on your plate, and exercise. If you feel bad, go for a walk and if you still feel bad, go for another walk. You can build up your own Tcells. Eat your vegetables and don't eat desert. Get tired and sleep all night. I never got a covid shot and I got covid one time. Do not eat foods that cause inflammation in your body.
So true, inflammation is a huge thing "today" and it is all about what we put into our mouths. My uric acid is high, and so in my inflammation. I took Apple Cider Vinegar 3 x per day for 3 days, and started feeling awful, as well as had severe rining in my ears. My "instinct" (or Holy Spirit spoke in my head, cause I always ask for guidance) was to STOP taking the apple cider vinegar. I took it a few years ago, and had a similar proble, so stopped. The Apple Cider Vingar stopped the pain in my knee, so everything is good for now. I know that I can work on my diet even more ... EVERYONE is DIFFERENT though, and we can only do the tests or process of ilimination, to find out what is okay for our bodies : )The dr. mentioned inflammation several times. I watched and paid attention to all my relatives growing up, as I did eat with them. These are the ww 2 vets that lived into their 90's. The food was freshly made from scratch. Eggs from the hen house, Salt cured pork from the cellar, and Chicken never frozen, etc. Everyone walked and worked. No one was lazy. Cake was on special occasions I grew up the same way. As I aged my blood pressure went up and had some other ailments. I stopped eating sugar, started eating vegetables. My blood pressure went way down, and I lost 20lbs. I threw away all medications, and I don't trust doctors any more. The junk in food nowadays is killing people and it suppresses the immune system in your body. I don't agree with the doctor in the vidieo. We have a God given immune system. It's how we eat and exercise that builds it up. My wife and I stopped eating out. believe it or not, fast food used to be good, back when they first started out. Then they did studies how to be addictive to people. McD's food is addictive on purpose, along with all of them. Nobody uses real eggs or bacon at fast food places. Prescription drugs are prescribed by doctors to get kickbacks from drug manufacturer. The doctors now learn in medical school how to maximize patient profits. Drug dealers now are doctors, not caring about patients anymore. Next time you go to a doctor, ask how to come off any drug you are on. If we could get back to basics, it would be so wonderful. Things have gone so far, that it would take decades to turn this around.
Our farmers are business people, and use the cheapest and easiest methods to produce their harvests. Everything in the supermarket is geared for us to buy more and eat more, and the ingredients are not always healthy; same goes for restaurants (they use cheap and nasty products to make a greater profit).
So many of us even use Roundup, for convenience, or because pulling weeds out is to tedious or painful (for some of us). Lots to change ...
As you rightly say, our God has given amazing immune systems which are failing, because of the bombardment of toxins in and around our bodies.
Toxins in the air, the water, in plastics (BPA) used for packing, to line take-away coffee cups, lining of food cans, other "environmental" toxins, none of it God made.
Some even cook and bake in plastic without questioning what the heat can do to unleash resins/toxins, in cleaning products, paint, chemicals and harmful substances in prescription and over the counter drugs, and on and on ... even "Master Chef" programs reveal the quick solution to cooking certain things, and encourage wrapping in gladwrap when pre-boiling.
These things have crept into our lives in addition to what has been going on in the last 5 years Worldwide ... this is HUGE, and we need the help of The Almighty xxx Linda

I just read an article on how much protein to eat. I found out as you age, muscle mass declines and you need more protein as you age. Jesus did mention if your child asks for an egg would you give him a serpent? Ding, ding. eggs are protein they ate in biblical times, fish and bread, raisin cakes for fiber. Actually, the bread was barley and wheat back then too. I just thought I'd mention that since you mentioned the Chosen. Of course, they ate lamb, chicken, and beef too. But, add more protein to your meals.So agree ... there are many of us who are coming to this same realisation : )
Our lifestyle, diet, environmental factors, "progress" (eg. from learning the art of healing, our universities all around the World, teach medicine and economics, and is now the "norm"). These factors, all contribute to our declinging health.
I personally have been battling with changing how I treat my body, and since I became baptised in Jesus Christ, it has dawned on me how much I have neglected my "temple" over the years : (
I am still coming to terms with going out to a cafe less often, and am working on creating a network of friends (in our new neighbourhood), who come over for morning tea or for a lunch. We don't do dinners anymore, because of the night driving issues, and drinking issues (now a tea-totaller, and loving it; not judging anyone who does, but morning and lunchtime are easier : ). We are now down to about twice a week going to our local "haunts" for bacon or salmon and avocado or a frittata and a chai tea (another thing that has substituted for the alcohol that I used to drink)
Watched "The Chosen" and realise how simple the lifestyle and nutrition was in those days ... it is Great!
