Not a serious question about prayer (Sports)

We know God answers prayers which are prayed according to God's WILL,
and we know that God cares about every detail of our life.

Now when it comes to sports, i.e, the world cup is happening now,
what are the factors, if any, which God considers when people are praying
for a certain sports team to win a game?

Does God care about if your team wins a sports match?
Will God answer such prayers based on the number of righteous people praying for one team to win versus another?
Does God not care about such seemingly trivial matters and will He just let the team that practiced the hardest win?
Or does God look at which win most glorifies Him and then allows that team to win, irrespective of what people pray for?

Just a not so serious question, yet one could say that the theological implications are possibly serious as it relates to
how we view prayer.

Playing in a football match is in itself of the flesh, and therefore counts for nothing. Yet in the life of an individual player there could be circumstances personal to Him/her which makes the success of the match of very great importance, and for that person, to pray would be the natural out-pouring of his heart's need, to God. Simply sharing that need with His Lord is an indication of an intimate relationship, in which all things, whether of the flesh or spirit is confided.

Paul uses examples of sporting life, to illustrate the believers walk. Striving for mastery (1 Cor. 9:25), running the race (1 Cor.9:24)(Heb.12:1), engaging in a fight, all examples of athletic pursuit and dedicated effort to win the prize. These pursuits are undertaken with purpose, not as one beating the air! (1 Cor. 9:26) It is also important that they are striven for lawfully. They can teach the believer lessons, in the hands of the Lord Whose guidance and support he seeks in taking part in the sport of His choice, or any other life experience.

These are just thoughts.

There are probably at least a few hundred prayers being said around the globe at any given moment. I always wonder how they are all kept separate in order to make the decisions for any actions to be taken with regard to each one of them. And of course they just keep coming non-stop 24/7.

When you ask how is that possible, are you asking about how could God keep all of those details in God's mind because they are too much for the one

I wonder as well. My belief is that God deals with us both in an individual level and a corporate/group level.

We see this in the Bible with prayer, we see individual men like Elijah praying for rain and God answering,
and we also see God answering the group prayers of the Apostles.

But let us look at it another way. Imagine you are a school teacher, and you have 30 students. And it is recess
time and the students ask to play a certain game for recess, how will you determine which game to select
with all your students asking. I'm sure there will be many factors that you will take into account. How
will you decide? I don't know. That is why God is God and we are not.

But let me share another perspective. I think God has a master plan and the closer we get to God,
the closer our prayers will align with God's WILL. Although there are situations like Job where I'm
sure Job was a righteous man (God said so) but I'm sure Job wasn't praying for pain and suffering.

So it is complicated but God's ways are so much higher than ours.

It seems that many of the prayers I find in the Bible are prayers for:

-- victory in war
-- health and healing
-- financial blessing
--childbirth
--forgiveness
--salvation
--wisdom
--spouse
--favorable weather
--judgment
