Try asking a staff member or a Mod. Then let me know what happens and report back here cause I have not been able to get in there either. but I figured there was a reason for it and so I was content for what I can post at.

That makes 3 of us. I have not been able to enter the Women's section. Like you, I had the same thoughts at first, but then realized it shouldn't be that way. None of the other forums I'm on are that way.
I posted in Water Cooler under the Thread Title "The Thread". No one has responded. I even tried sending an email to a staff member. I couldn't even send an email.
Needless to say, the frustration and discouragement is starting to eat at me a bit. I would love to visit with other women folk....

Unless I have a different layout in my profile, there is a place for listing one's gender along with Country and Occupation. Click on your profile name in to the top right-hand corner. Click on the wrench icon, then click on Profile. That should open the page to edit your profile.

However, I suppose you could start a thread for whatever topic you want to address women or men about out here as long as it is not something a child should not see, I think.

I'm good with being content. However, the respectful thing to do would be, to at least, answer so we are not left hanging and rubbing our foreheads, wondering what the deal is.
Despite multiple conversations, we left a church a few years back because leadership was enforcing rules, that we knew NOTHING about, to only benefit themselves and others. We were not amongst that clique. We felt like our hands were tied. This was not the only issue, but the Lord made it clear our ministry there was complete. We did not look back.
Needless to say...I struggle with being left in the dark, and not having all the information up front. I find it disrespectful, dishonest, and rude.

I cannot speak for them as I do have contentions for two sections of their Statement of Faith, but so far, the forum has no rule like other forums that you have to agree to their statements of faith or you cannot join or be called a Christian or etc.
I tried to get the staff to change the wordings so as to not read as limited in their statement of faith that seems to be centered on Pentecostalism/Charismatic mindset that can be seen as a turn off towards other professing believers. I was hoping to help them get more Christians to come in here but it does not seem like the Lord wants that to happen. There is a steady trickle of newcomers and maybe that is His will even though I am troubled that they generally do not seem to engage more after Introductions or Prayer Requests or some sort.
I have 3 followings even though I do not generally converse with them, if at all. at least none that I recall anyway, and so I do not know if they are even coming in here any more.
Not really sure why they were or are "following" me, but I hope He is enabling me to point them to Him for the help & guidance they need in following Him as that is what I am doing if that is the example He is leading me to do for them..
Since the last days has Jesus wondering if any will have that faith when He comes, I would say that what little service & ministry He does here thru me to others and thru others to me, I should be content and be thankful too.

I agree.
I've gone through every tab on my profile for a "Sex" option that would/should allow it. However, people make fake accounts to cause drama so limiting that is a good thing. Maybe they should do the "Send a verification code to your email" thing.
I think we need a male/female mingle place. We know we don't think the same.
