So , if you can't be obedient all the time, how does God accept you?

Like I asked before...you don't listen very well, do you. I answered that question also. Instead of repeating myself again, I will just let you go back and re-read what I answered already...

Is Christ in you?

Did you "already " answer that too?

Christ is in every man who is in Christ. In order for Him to be in me, I must be in Him, and there's only one way to remain in Christ. I am in Christ, therefore He is in me.

Is Christ in you? You claimed on another thread that you were saved "by faith" years ago...but no one is saved simply because they believe. Therefore, I ask you the same question, but observing your take upon Scripture, I do believe I already have that answer...

Ephesians 2: 8-9

How original...another person who thinks he know what he is talking about that doesn't have a clue.

Sorry, BA, but no one is born again just because he believes, that is another false doctrine straight out of calvinism. Not too mention that the original text does NOT say that. For your uneducated edification...

Ephesians 2:8-9
because in accepting Christ you have been saved from sin through faith, and that was not of your own doing, that salvation is the gift of God. No one receives salvation from his sin through obedience, so that no one may boast on any grounds.

No one is "saved by grace," that is horrid mistranslation from the Greek, one that morons have regurgitated in their biased translations for years. Charis has up to 16 different possible meanings in Greek, and (oh no!) not one of them is the English equivalent of "grace." The only equivalents in English are acceptance, benefit, favor, gift, or lovingkindness.

Furthermore, according to Scripture, not the false teachings of men, one must believe, repent from sin, receive water baptism and believe that Christ is God in the flesh before he can be saved. When it comes to Scripture or men's false ideologies, I will take the Word of God every time.

Christ is in every man who believes!

Nope...again, according to Scripture, NOT the false teachings of carnally minded men, Christ is only in those who are abiding in Him, through faith and walking in obedience to the law of Christ:

I John 3:23-24
And this is His commandments of the New Covenant, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and that we love one another, according as He has given us commandment to do; those who continually obey His commandments remain abiding in Him, and He will remain abiding in him; by this we know that He remains abiding in us, by reason of the Spirit of which He has given to us.

Since you seem to claim that all you need is faith (again, a false teaching straight out of calvinism, a false religion in its own rights), it is safe to assume that you only think you have Christ, and that you only think you are saved. No one can get saved or remain abiding in Christ through false beliefs...but only through the truth of God's Word...

2 Thessalonians 2:13
And we should always give thanks to God for you, brothers, loved by the Lord, because God chose that you should be saved as the firstfruits of those in this area, who are saved through the sanctification by the Spirit and believing in the truth.

Without belief in what is true, there is no sanctification by the Spirit.

I suggest that you follow Paul's advice and search yourself to find out where you went wrong...and then fix it before its too late.

I am officially done with you !
You are dangerous !

Yah...naw...the one who is dangerous are those who think they know what they are talking about when what they say directly contradicts Scripture.

Good luck, you will need it.
Salvation is not predicated on luck, it is faith in God; you only have faith in yourself...luck won't even help you!!

Wrong again. It is THROUGH faith that we receive, but if you do not repent or receive water baptism into Christ, just as Scripture clearly tells us, then you are not saved, nor will you make it to heaven. You believe the false teachings of carnal men, not Scripture. But, if you insist upon being a bias defender, instead of a truth seeker, then there's little help for you...not even luck, as you say.

LOL!!! That is a laugh. I can back everything up that I say with Scripture, and you cannot! And you have the audacity to claim that I am teaching false teachings!!! If it wasn't so ridiculous, I might be offended...

In actuality, what you have said above, is that you are through with truth, because you desire to cling to your false ideologies rather than amend your thinking according to Scripture.

Have a nice life...

LOL!!! Nope, sorry, no libtards on this side of the screen...but I do recognize that you are up there in age and lost common sense, most likely to all those meds you take. The evil one is the one who protects his bias when it is solidly based upon his own carnal reasoning rather than what Scripture clearly teaches.

Like I said, I can demonstrate what I said with Scripture properly interpreted according to a complete Biblical hermeneutic...and to that you have done nothing but sling mud. The mud slinger is usually the one holding to moronic doctrines that cannot be supported by Scripture, because they don't originate from Scripture.

But nice ... try, BA. The more you post the more you demonstrate that you are in the dark.

I got a thought for someone to pray about.

It's called "working together" . . . for the sake of the Gospel

Working Together :)

:)

I whole heartedly agree...however, one who is in the Light cannot work with one who is in the darkness, even when they believe they are in the light. Scripture says not to have anything to do with those who teach false doctrine, but rather reprove them in the hopes that they will turn and come into the light!

Blessings!
