THE ONLY BEGOTTEN WORD=(HE)(HE IS A SPIRITUAL TITLE OF AUTHORITY) THE ONLY BEGOTTEN WORD(HE) CAME THROUGH THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD (JESUS)

1 Cor 4:6
6 Now these things, brethren, I have figuratively transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that you may learn in us not to think beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up on behalf of one against the other.
Acts 2:36-39
36 "Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ."
37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?"
38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 "For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call."
John 1:17-18
17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
John 12:49-50
49 "For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak.
50 "And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak."
Heb 8:6
6 But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.
John 17:17
17 "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.
John 14:24-25
24 "He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me.
25 "These things I have spoken to you while being present with you.
I Jn 1:1-3
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life--
2 the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us--
3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.
John 1:14
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 1:1-11
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7 This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe.
8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9 That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.
11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.
Heb 4:12-13
12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
2 Pet 1:19-21
19 And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;
20 knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation,
21 for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
Mark 16:15-16
15 And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 "He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
John 14:26
26 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
John 6:63
63 "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
2 Cor 3:5-6
5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God,
6 who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
Matt 6:22-24
22 "The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light.
23 "But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
24 "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
2Pet 3:16-17
16 as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
17 You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked;
II Jn 1:9-11
9 Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son.
10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him;
11 for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.
Rev 22:18-19
18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book;
19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
I Jn 1:1-5
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life--
2 the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us--
3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.
4 And these things we write to you that your joy may be full.
5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
I Jn 2:23-24
23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
24 Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father.
John 10:8-9
8 "All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.
9 "I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
Heb 8:13
13 In that He says, "A new covenant," He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.
Matt 4:4
4 But He answered and said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'"
Rom 1:16
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
(NKJ)

Rom 1:16
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
(NKJ)

The Word of God is the power by which all things in heaven and earth submit. The Word came forth from God for all to receive this power. And the power was always given through a mediator. God was the original mediator that created it. God have that Word to Jesus. Then the Word was given to the Holy Spirit that distributes it from each individuals conscience(book of beliefs) in their mind. If and only if that individual has read the bible and put it in their beliefs(conscience). And when an individual has died to self by following the Holy Spirit(verses) and been born again. Then Jesus takes over the Word through the revelations of Jesus Christ, and rewrites their belief system(conscience). The Word of God is the power that all will have to answer to. This power is what justifies or condemns all and everything. God created it the power, and is willing to share it with those who will submit to it. Jesus was the first to submit to it on earth fully, and by that He was our example of how to receive it. When one totally submits to it the power(Word) the Word becomes alive in them. And by becoming alive in them we see the Word become flesh.
Note in verse 14 He the Word is full of grace and truth. And in verse 17 that grace and truth came through Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is not the Word. Jesus Christ is the human that submitted to the Word as an example to us, to follow. Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God. That the only begotten Word of God came through.

2 Cor 10:3-5
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
(NKJ)

The KJV was taken from all these versions. The 1611 KJV was the one who added "He" in place of "IT". The He was added to give the Word authority. God is neither male nor female and we call Him a "He". The Holy Spirit is neither male nor female and we call Him a "He". He is a Spiritual title of authority. And the KJV wanted to give the Word(verses) the same title of authority. It was never meant to say that Jesus is the Word. The Word came through Jesus. And the Word can control flesh or become flesh.

Tyndale 1534:
Joh 1:1 In the beginnynge was the worde and the worde was with God: and the worde was God. 2 The same was in the beginnynge with God. 3 All thinges were made by it and with out it was made nothinge that was made. 4 In it was lyfe and the lyfe was ye lyght of men

Bishops 1568:
Joh 1:1 In the begynnyng was the worde, & the worde was with God: and that worde was God. 2 The same was in the begynnyng with God. 3 All thynges were made by it: and without it, was made nothyng that was made. 4 In it was lyfe, and the lyfe was the lyght of men,

Geneva 1587:
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was that Word, and that Word was with God, and that Word was God. 2 This same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by it, and without it was made nothing that was made. 4 In it was life, and that life was the light of men.

And now our modern Concordant Literal Version:
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the word, and the word was toward God, and God was the word. " 2 This was in the beginning toward God. 3 All came into being through it, and apart from it not even one thing came into being which has come into being." 4 In it was life, and the life was the light of men."

Its easy to prove Jesus is not the Word of God. The Word came through Jesus from God.

John 1:17-18
17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
(NKJ)

John 12:48-50
48 "He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him-- the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.
49 "For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak.
50 "And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak."
(NKJ)

Mark 13:23
23 "But take heed; see, I have told you all things beforehand.
(NKJ)

Even the old testament says the same thing.

[Deu 18:18-19
18 'I will raise up for them a Prophet like you from among their brethren, and will put My words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him.
19 'And it shall be [that] whoever will not hear My words, which He speaks in My name, I will require [it] of him.

God The Father Controlls All Power With The Word
Matt 28-18
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.

2Thes 2-9
The coming of the [lawless one] is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders,

John 14-30
"I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.

Acts 10-38
"how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

John 19-11
Jesus answered, "You could have no power at all against Me unless it had been given you from above. Therefore the one who delivered Me to you has the greater sin."

1Co 15-24
Then [comes] the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.

Rev 4-11
Then [comes] the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.
"You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created."

LK 9-1
Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases.

xxx God gave Satan the power to kill sinners in the old testament. Satan made a mistake by killing Jesus who never sinned. So Jesus was given the power over satan in the new testament. Satan rules the earth with man's justice. And Jesus rules the church in the new testament with Christ's justice.

LOL Anyone who believes this trash is 'revelation' deserves what he gets. Im surprised its allowed it is certainly no more cultic than Veridican.

That stuff is a weird type of mystical ideology mixed with Catholicism...

Here is the Catholic part.... """""We believe that during the ceremony of eating bread and drinking wine that our faith transforms the bread into the actual body of Christ and the wine into Christ’s actual blood"""

That is straight out of the Dark Ages Transubstantiation Catholic Handbook/Manual.

Hitch and bethel It seems like on every board I go on there is always a couple of hecklers.

BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT
Matt 12:30-32
30 "He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad.
31 "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.
32 "Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.

Hitch and bethel It seems like on every board I go on there is always a couple of hecklers.

BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT

I haven't heckle'd you, but as far as Hitch, ....>He does nothing else,..... and not just to you.

What i do, is just teach all over the world.

I have to homes. One is in the USA and one is in Israel.

Now..

Let me show you something interesting....

There are 2 main types of Blasphemy, regarding insulting the Holy Spirit.

One is.......Blasphemy OF

Another is.... Blasphemy Against

Blasphemy of, is to reject Christ, or, its to be involved in the process of trying to block someone from being saved, or trying to prevent someone who is backslidden from turning back to faith and First Love

Blasphemy Against......is to tell Jesus to His Face, "you are doing your miracles by the power of Satan".

And here is something else.... The "unpardonable sin", is the sin of dying as a Christ Rejector. As if you do that, you have rejected forgiveness, pardon....so you die "un-pardoned"....and so, this unpardonable sin can't be forgiven after you die, because you have rejected the only way to be forgiven.....which is to reject Christ.
We can only be forgiven of all our sin on earth while we are alive, as the Cross of Christ is on Earth, and its for the world of people, who live on earth.
If a person rejects this and dies, then there is no Cross in eternity that they can turn to... There is no Lamb slain in Eternity......as Jesus was that one one time, on Earth, and now He is a King, a Lion.
So, Reader, there is no lamb slain, there is no blood waiting, after you die, as HE was always waiting for you HERE as "the Gift of Salvation" and "the Gift of Righteousness".
If you reject it, you have committed the one sin that can't be forgiven. You have rejected forgiveness, and that is the "unpardonable sin".

Who is doing that while they are alive, right now?
= Every unbeliever, is currently committing the unpardonable sin of Christ Rejection, and if they die, there is no SIN pardon waiting for them, as it only exits for us on earth.
This is why the Born again meet God as FATHER, after we die.
And all the unbelievers meet God as JUDGE, after they die.
See that?

Unbelievers while breathing are this....... John 3:36

Bethel you said

Dear Hitch,
Refute what is being posted with Scripture and would appreciate it if you would refrain from the wise cracks. They are not beneficial to correcting error, or for allowing open communication to happen.

Keep spreading heresy Nick , good work
Dear Member Hitch,
If heresy is what you believe it to be then use Scripture and refute what is being said. You accomplishment nothing, in fact you are more likely to undermine any future argument you might have, by being rude. Which is exactly what you are being and what I'm warning you not to be.

I hope you would thread carefully in prayer in the future in how you respond to others before posting. Words do have consequences, and with all that has been said, done. Member Hitch has decided to close his account here at Talk Jesus.

Jesus is NOT the words (plural) found in scripture. He is the "Word" singular. The "Word" singular speaks words plural. Jesus only speaks what he hears His father say because the Father lives inside the Son.

"I am the truth" (John 14:6)

Jesus' claim is far more literal than I think many of us realize.

John 1:1a . . In the beginning was the Word

The Greek noun translated "Word" basically refers to spoken words in contrast to
unspoken words, i.e. speech in contrast to thoughts and/or cognition.

So then; I can legitimately paraphrase John 1:14 like this;

"God's voice became flesh, and by His voice God made His dwelling among us."

There are elements of Christianity that defy reason and logic and make no sense to
me whatsoever: God's voice is one of them. I can easily understand how a person
can be a sentient being, but I cannot at all understand how someone's voice can be
a sentient being when to me a person's voice is just sounds and syllables; but John
1:1b says God's voice is Himself in an audible form; which explains why Jesus
identified himself as the truth because as God's voice in human form, he cannot lie.
(Heb 6:18)

Now, when one among us reads the Bible aloud, we are only parroting something
God already said. But when Jesus spoke God's words, the words coming out of his
mouth were God himself present in audible form; which is sort of a double
whammy, i.e. Jesus was God's presence in physical form and Jesus' words were
God presence in audible form; which is no doubt why it is so very, very serious to
ignore Jesus when he's teaching and/or preaching.

Heb 1:1-3 . . In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at
many times and in various ways, but in these last days He has spoken to us by His
son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the
universe.

Heb 12:25 . . See to it that you obey God, the one who is speaking to you. For if
the people of Israel did not escape when they refused to listen to Moses the earthly
messenger, how terrible our danger if we reject the one who speaks to us from
heaven!

The one who speaks to us from heaven is of course Jesus. We don't have access to
his audible voice, but we do have access to transcripts of his voice. The two
versions of his voice are not the same thing, but they do have the same authority
for those among us who sincerely believe Jesus is the voice of God in both physical
and audible form.

John 5:37 . .You have never heard His voice

If that statement is true, then it means everywhere in the Old Testament where it's
said God spoke, it wasn't God in person, rather, it was the Word, a.k.a. Jehovah.

Angels Represent God On Earth.

Matt 18:10
10 "Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven.
(NKJ)

Matt 22:30
30 "For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven.
(NKJ)

Matt 4:11
11 Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.
(NKJ)

Matt 13:39
39 "The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels.
(NKJ)

Matt 24:31
31 "And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
(NKJ)

John 1:51
51 And He said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man."
(NKJ)

Rev 7:2-3
2 Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea,
3 saying, "Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads."
(NKJ)

Mark 12:26
26 "But concerning the dead, that they rise, have you not read in the book of Moses, in the burning bush passage, how God spoke to him, saying, 'I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'?
(NKJ)

Luke 20:37
37 "Now even Moses showed in the burning bush passage that the dead are raised, when he called the Lord 'the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.'
(NKJ)

Acts 7:29-30
29 "Then, at this saying, Moses fled and became a dweller in the land of Midian, where he had two sons.
30 "And when forty years had passed, an Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire in a bush, in the wilderness of Mount Sinai.
(NKJ)

Heb 1:7
7 And of the angels He says: "Who makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire."
(NKJ)

xxx Although it says God spoke in one verse another verse says it was an angel that spoke. Angels represent God on earth. Satan has always been an angel that represents the wrath of God. Jesus is an angel now who represents the righteousness of God. Satan and Jesus have always been deity. Deity is angels that are superior to man but inferior to God.
