Can anyone please tell me how exactly is the The Holy Spirit related with the common grace of God ? (apart from the attribute of restraining all sin and depravity in the world)

Now here's an interesting question that just popped up...Posted back in 2010 by somebody with a cool name, and not answered... So I'll answer it....
Firstly...There is NOTHING common about Grace... Grace, being the empowering Presence of God is never common...So how is the Holy Spirit related to grace? The Holy Spirit IS God...Present and empowering all Christians. The Holy Spirit is not the restrainer though....We are.

I will piggyback on that I think everyone sinner and saint has a bit of the Holy Spirit in him
Abraham for example, his father was nimrods idol maker in Babylon he was raised in pagan ways but god spoke to Abraham
The same way he speaks to us all through the holy spirit
A “ restraining spirit” I agree he isn’t but he is that small voice when you do wrong will chastise you
Whether you choose to listen or as a sinner ignore him I still believe there is a small part of him that we can increase as we live righteously
Grace is the gift god gives us daily that we need to be thankful for
