I thought all the "Gifts of GOD" are good. The only good gifts and those that come from above, for they do not fade away. For they are not "temporary" but earthly gifts are "temporal". And why most christians do not used the word, Language and Languages, as if the word language is foul and a unholy thing since it is the equivalent to the english word; tongue and tongues. How would people react to you, if you went to the grocery store and stop and ask people; What tongue do you speak or how many tongues can you speak in. I wonder what kind of look you would get from them. Most likely they would say "do you mean what Language do i speak? you would then say yes. Or, if you ask a person how many tongues do you speak in.
Now if the Bible meant, that Glossolalia is a language ok. But through out the centuries Glossolalia, "xenolalia" or xenoglossy. has been practice by a number of Religious organizations of all kinds of faith throughout out the history of this world. pertaining to a "angelic or divine language".
Now I do "believe in "the Gift of Languages", the Gift of Language" given to members of the "body of Christ" for evangelism and I believe the Bible teaches this "Explicitly and Implicitly". But i do know GOD understands all Languages, especially "English" Hebrew. Greek and Aramaic. For He did confound the "languages" at the "Tower of Babel"
And if HE wants to talk to you, He will talk to you, in a Language that you understand! I don't care if you are a Bird in a nest or a "Beast in the field"! God understands what you are saying and He knows how to reply in a language you will understand. GOD can talk to the ROCKS and They will Cry out, and understand! And Jesus does not lie!
But most christians not all, act like speaking in "Glossolalia" which is Barbaric to many of us, is the "room van die oes" or "la creme de la creme". Which leaves a lot of christians, confused and concern with a seed of doubt concerning their salvation. Which is consider a 'stumbling block" in their pursuit into maturity of "sonship". for i think is troubling, for the Bible does not speak of one pursuing "Glossolalia". As if the "Azusa Street revival " 1906 was the authoritarian is such matters. But this thing has cause great unsettle arguments from the streets of early "Corinth", to a few early church fathers, in which that many think that The"Pentecostal"movement just begin in the 20th century. Ain't nothing new under the sun. Right now i cannot remember the movement or the right century, they tried the same stuff, the "Pentecostalism movement" is only a shadow was has already been. I kid you not. i learn this stuff years ago, over 30 years ago. I am to old to remember all of this stuff. and to argue about it. "Old man for counsel and a young man for War" But i do know what to avoid.
I remember in my younger "Ministry" as a Ordain Minister, a old "pastor" told me: "boy you green as 'cow manure'" but a more harsher word, He went on, and said: i have forgot more than you know" He made me cry! Tears was falling down from my eyes For about a couple weeks he would not let up! He called me into his office, I had my tail between my legs! LOL He told me a story, in essence with the story: GOD told HIM to quit messing with me, and HE meant it! I learn a good lesson! those old Pastors, would get you in that back room and cuss you out! Women Pastors in the "Methodist Church" too! Congregation they do not know about those back rooms. Little churches with few members was no problem.. you better not question what those "pastors' taught or said! in public or in the back room! They will "blackball" from "coast to coast"! It is a known fact "How to kill a young preacher"! Put their foot on your neck until you submit! and he will use the "congregation" to do it. Because they call sheep dumb, animals! easily lead astray! And when you shear them, shearing close!

Members of some of these churches have NO idea whats going on! My church this My church this, my Church that! And just as soon, as the light is shown on one of them! People want to throw them to the wolves! And while those Pastors was doing all those things, the people thought they where the greatest thing since "french Toast". Now they are old and cannot step on a grape without stumbling and falling down. Now you want to crucifying him, and call him a womanizer, Then 2weeks later he in the grave and she is running for the office of "Pastor", the one who got taken advantage of Then aftet year one, she introduces her wife. All gifts of God are good, and all lessons learned are blessings, no matter where they sit on the spectrum of good or bad. Actually the word "church" appears nowhere in the writings that make up the new testament. The word "church" was a word used by the RCC (in Latin), and later in 1604 was used in the KJV by order of King James himself. The word church was used in place of "assembly" or "congregants", which are two words that are closer in meaning to the actual word used by the original writers: ekklesia.

No. Wrong. The words ekkletos and ekklesia refer to and are translated as assembly or congregants or called out ones. The words kyriakos and kyriakon refer to and are translated to mean "of the Lord's." The words kyriakos and kyriakon were used to refer to the place of worship by adding the word doma begining in the early 4th century. The word "church" is actually Germanic in origin.

Denominational "statements of faith" generally have elements or ERROR in them. It's only "theology" after all. All God's CHilluns gots "Theologies".
What I DO know is that I was "baptized in the SPirit (to use AG vernacular), and about a month later I began to speak in tongues privately - AND was immediately propelled into a decade long Bible teaching Ministry in Home groups in the town where I lived that would have been IMPOSSIBLE for me to have done before. To me the Bible teaching burden was more of a sign than the "Tongues" that something significant had happened.

No one seems to see The Birthing Pains of Full Judgment, warnings everywhere one may look, But many cannot see, their is no sign of "REPENTANCE" many cannot wait to have things like they were before the "Pandemic". Many was cut off the Airways, The Bikini Beaches, The Restaurants, The parks, and The Hedonism Cruise ships of the open Seas. No signs, whats so ever of a "hint" of "Repentance" even compel of GOD himself. No where,The Anointing Oil, calling people unto "Repentance". Only the fruits of "impending" doom. Fires, pestilence, Storms, EarthQuakes, Riots, sickness, mass killings, Famine, Modern day Slavery, Plagues, Divorces, Fornication, women leading men, covenant breakers. Greed, wars, and rumors of wars, hatred, Truth breakers, Liars are on the rise, fathers against sons, sons against Fathers, daughters against mothers, mothers against daughters, all on the rise, "And there was another "Rider came out of Heaven riding A RED Horse, and given The Power to take peace from The earth"

I was young, I told God right then and There, "I want to know GOD just like that Man," I want to describe HIM to others just like Him" Since then I have met quite a few, "Harvard", "Yale", Union Theological Seminary, I have met some Powerful Pastors in My younger years, well known. Theologians, Students of Divinity. Religious Studies, Evangelist. "Remember thy Creator in the Days of They youth"
For years the only "acquaintance' i had was only "Pastors and Ministers". for a long time. I know lay people, but concerning fellowship with them, I HAVE NONE. I HAVE "DISCIPLE PEOPLE, but made it clear, you are not my friend. My goal is to teach you how to read your Bible and to rightly divide the TRUTH, I need not to hear your problems, I got my own problems, You just have to go to your Father in Heaven through Jesus, Just like I do!
Many have found out, i was not lying, Many have call me up, and tried to tell me about their problems, when it was time for them to stand their own. i tell them straight up, "what you calling me for" do you have the "Holy Ghost" they say yes, I say, do you know "Jesus"? They say yes. Then I say, then why are you calling me? Somebody lying and I hang up! I have them answer their own question. I am telling you the truth. Later on, it never fails, they thank me! If they are sinning, for many, i don't sweet talk them, I tell to STOP! Turn around, You have no excuse! they going to bed with somebody's wife. STOP! You dead wrong! You are REBELLION against GOD! It's a very good probability that they all spoke a dialect of Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek, and possibly Latin.

Well, we know, The "Son of GOD" spoke all of the "Languages" of The Visible and The invisible worlds, even the Languages that dwells in "Eternity" for we do know HE is that "Creator" of all that exists, by the will of HIS Father, for His Father is Greater than He. He knows the Languages of The Wind, The Stars, the Moon, He speaks to the Darkness, The Light Hears His voice. He commands the Seas and The Oceans,, The Leviathan hears His voice and speaks back to Him.
