What was Jesus purpose during His 33 years of life.

People always tells me to say nice things to make people feel good and draw them to hear you. I say things to encourage them to fight the good fight of "Sanctification" despite hardships we must go through. I tell them what they need to hear and not what they want to hear. It is all recorded in the book.

Isaiah 30:10
They say to the seers, "No more visions," and to the prophets, "Do not prophesy to us the truth. Speak to us pleasant words; prophesy illusions.

3For the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears they will gather around themselves teachers to suit their own desires. 4So they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

Evil in the Last Days
1But understand this: In the last days terrible times will come. 2For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, without love of good, 4traitorous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5having a form of godliness but denying its power. Turn away from such as these!

I know what you mean:

Matthew 7:
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it...... let me know if you need some help

you are correct

Ephesians 1: (KJV)

4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Without Grace, no one can be Holy and without blame. What makes us Holy and without blame, is the blood of the Lamb that covers our sin. Many would say that we should be Holy and without sin, in our own strength. This puts an impossible burden on our brothers and sisters, No one tells a drowning man to get himself out of the water, they drag him out, they rescue him. I am rescued, and if I have a day without sin I praise the name of Jesus. And if I have a day where I sin, I praise the blood of Jesus that hides me.

Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God, it is corrupt.

Christians wait for our souls to be joined with a new body designed for eternity when we join our Lord Jesus.

Jesus' Blood cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God, it is corrupt.

Just curious, do you think 1Cor 15:50; is talking about resurrection bodies...
or is it saying none of us who are still alive in the flesh (our physical bodies) are in the kingdom of God?

I believe this is the rapture. Much thought is require to answer this one.

in comparison Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God but Jesus, when he appear to the 12 apostles He said touch me.
for a Ghost does not have flesh and bone as you see I have; do you have anything to eat:

Luke 24:

36 While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.”

37 They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. 38 He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? 39 Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.”

40 When he had said this, he showed them his hands and feet. 41 And while they still did not believe it because of joy and amazement, he asked them, “Do you have anything here to eat?” 42 They gave him a piece of broiled fish, 43 and he took it and ate it in their presence.

also Adam, God Breathed life into his body. He said of Eva this is flesh of my flesh and bone of my bone........we would naturally say of our kin this is my flesh and blood....Very deep but valid questions.

please keep asking questions
