Why are false doctrines so prevalent in the modern day Churches? Because we have stopped putting our faith in the right place right after the departure of the apostles from the world. Instead of ONLY relying on God and His Christ for truth, we listen to men who claim to be God’s anointed preachers, and then they draw disciples after THEMSELVES, setting up their own denominations, and create divisions in the body over every single doctrine they want to emphasise. This is what the apostles warned about in their days:

I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. Men will rise up even from your own number and distort the truth to lure the disciples into following them. Therefore be on the alert, remembering that night and day for three years I never stopped warning each one of you with tears. Acts 20:29-31

In our times the deception is not going to get better but rather worse. So we ought to be wary of everything we hear, not despising anything we hear but proving everything and holding onto that which is good. If we are still putting our faith in our pastors, denominations, church group we need to repent and go back to God. If we do not do so, we are at risk of not only being deceived, but also having our faith destroyed because one day we may find out that the pastor we trusted, the church we relied on, the denomination we believe is of God is false and deceived. You should not be surprised if your most listened to teacher turn out to be a false teacher because the Gospel warned about them, but what will happen to your faith if you put all your trust in them?

Every single human being in this world could fail you, could turn out to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing but God will never fail you and His word will not change. True servants of God like the apostles will only lead you to God not to themselves.

Be wary of those who try to draw you away as their disciples, alluding in any way that you need to hear the truth of God from them and cannot hear from God yourselves. These are liars and false teachers because they make themselves intermediaries between you and God and cause you to depend on them for truth rather than God. Be like the Bereans who will search the Scriptures even what they heard from the apostles. Unless God makes you understand what you heard don’t believe it as absolute truth. Be ready to correct any false beliefs you hold and to relearn what men taught you.

Learn from the example of Israel which was so steeped in false man-made teachings they could not even recognise who Jesus was when He first came to preach the Gospel. History will repeat itself and the church will be just as deceived if not more so than the Israelites were. The religious leaders of Jesus’ days were the most deceived and so will the religious leaders of today.

Remember what Jesus said about false prophets and teachers: Woe to you when all men speak well of you, For so did their fathers to the false prophets. Luke 6:26
For many shall come in My name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. Matthew 24:5
You will know them by their fruits. Matthew 7:16

Don’t put your faith in men because neither God nor His apostles ever commanded us to put our faith in any man except Jesus Christ. Don’t allow your faith to be disillusioned because you’ve put your trust in deceivers.

Just how deeply deceived the church is, look at the false doctrine of the trinity and what this falsehood really say about Jesus. Trinitarians teach that Jesus always was God, so their conclusion logically must be that Jesus was never mortal because God is forever immortal! So if Jesus was never mortal, He never really died, and our sins are never really atoned for! What did the apostle John say about denying Jesus’ mortality?

But every person who doesn't declare that Jesus Christ has come as a HUMAN has a spirit that isn't from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist that you have heard is coming. That spirit is already in the world. 1 John 4:3

Wrong. Jesus was divine in the OT yes, but He was not on the same level as God who He said was His Father. He gave up His immortality as a man and He truly died for our sins. To say He is still immortal during His earthly ministry is to deny His real mortal death and atonement for the sins of the world.

Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. John 17:3

Jesus declared His Father as the only true God, do you believe in what He said or not?

Furthermore what did Jesus teach about praying? He taught us to pray to the Father, ONLY the Father. He never included Himself or the Holy Spirit into the prayer in His sermon.

"Therefore, you should pray like this: Our Father in heaven, your name be honored as holy.” Matthew 6:9

So there is no such thing as three coequal persons in the Godhead. Jesus was very clear on who is God and He showed it in His teaching on how we should pray.

You're conflating divinity and immortality. 'Immortal' simply means not being subject to the power of death. Laying immortality aside to submit to death does not equate to not being divine.

To which I already said, Jesus was divine in the OT, but He is a man during His earthly ministry. His apostles also addressed Him as man during their preaching and in their epistles. What part of the term “man” do you not understand, that you people insist He remained as God?

The trinity is a pagan concept and it started in the time of ancient Babylon, with the wicked king Nimrod.

The Babylonian Trinity is Nimrod the Father, Semiramus the Mother, Tammuz the Son.

The Egyptian Trinity is Osiris the Father, Isis the Mother, Horus the son.

The Greek Trinity is Zeus, Athena and Apollo

The Roman Capitoline Triad is Jupiter, Juno and Minerva

The Pre-Islamic Arabian Trinity is Al-Lat, Al-Uzza and Manat

The Hindu Trinity, Trimurti is Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva

The Buddhist Trinity is Amitabha Buddha, Mahasthamaprapta and Kwan Tin

The real Jesus declared His Father as the ONLY true God in John 17:3. Those who believe in a triune god believe in another Jesus and a false gospel.

Why did Jesus say if we see Him we have seen the Father? Because this truth is written about Jesus Christ:

1 John 4:12 No one has ever seen God.

Since BOTH Jesus and His apostle John testified that no one has EVER seen God, how can Jesus be declared as one person of a triune God when so many people have seen Him in person two thousand years ago? How could Jesus contradict Himself and said no one has ever seen God if truly He Himself was also God and was in fact seen by men? The trinitarians are the ones who are wrong, not Jesus!

The trinity is an attempt to simplify the existence of our infinite creator, which is impossible. You cannot simplify something you dont fully comprehend cus you will definitely omit things.

God manifests His presence in our realm in many different ways in the scriptures. Yeshua is one on those ways, as well as the holy spirit. But these are not the only ways, and it is not a revelation of Himself in His fullness (hence the references above of no one seeing God).

God manifests as a cloud/ fire for Israel

And much more. We can get wrapped up in His aspects and character. How He reveals Himself, and when, to whom. But the most important thing is that He shows up for us. He doesn't have to, yet He still decides to have a intimate and unique relationship with us. This, we cannot lose sight of.
