Now I'm Curious

Do you Feel that you're being analyze or are you actually Being analyzed. Well -- they Do have a degree
LOL That's precisely the type of question they would ask! Gee Sue! Are you a psychologist?

I asked you that specifically to get your reaction.

People are interesting. Maybe I'm an arm-chair one. An observer of human nature.

It is a shame we have so many denominations of the church system. And most of these churches use the King James Bible. God has told us everything, in the volume of the book/Gods word. All the different interpretations of this one book sure have people confused. God knew it would be that way, especially in these end times. But like always, God has the solution already built in his plan of salvation.

It’s called the Millenium, that 1000 year dispensation of time that God put in place to catch all of His children that fell through the cracks for whatever reason. When I say, fell through the cracks, I mean those who where taught the wrong interpretation of Gods word, those that never care to study God’s word, those that never were exposed to the word. You get my point, for whatever reason one did not get to hear God’s word and given a chance to except it or reject it. Our Father, God Almighty, is a just God and will not pass judgment upon no one unless they have been first exposed to the His word and given the chance to except it or reject it.

God uses dispensations of time in His overall plan of salvation. Some have never thought about that but we are now at this very moment coming to the close of this dispensation of time of flesh man. This flesh age we have been going through is also referred to as the second world age. One can not refute it, we are here, we are living it.

As mentioned previously, we are about to enter a new age, a 1000 year dispensation of time in Gods plan of salvation. It’s called the Millennium, also known as, THE DAY OF THE LORD, also referred to as the third world age, that 1000 years period of time that God sat aside for the very last attempt to redeem back as many of His children as possible. What is so cool about the Millennium, is that only Gods truth will be taught and by very qualified teachers of Gods word. Won’t be this religion and that religion. Just the one and only cold hard truth of Gods word taught by teacher chosen by God.

One would ask, why a 1000 years of teaching before the children are tested again. For a lot of the children it won’t take a 1000 years of teaching, but for many that have been programmed with lies and deception from the age of babies to grown up, it take that long to deprogram them and reprogram the true word of God in their minds A change of consciousness to a free will individual does not occur over night. It takes years, decades, hundreds of years to truly and fully change the consciousness of a free will individual. God knows that and that’s why the Millennium is a thousand years long.

I can’t help but mention the first world age since I have talked a little about the second and third world ages. Many, for whatever reason, some can not see and understand the first world age. Naturally they see this age we are living in at this very moment and they know we are about to move into the millennium age, but they just can’t seem to catch hold of the first world age. Unless one becomes familiar with this first world age one will never fully understand the strong meat of Gods word. We all lived in that first world age and we all were referred to as, sons of Gods. We were all in the finer bodies at that time. Flesh man had not come into play as of yet. The book of Genesis had not been written yet.

I know some have problems with what I have just stated. Gods overall plan of salvation has three heaven ages and three world ages in it. The Bible speaks of the three different heaven and world ages. Not three separate heaven or three separate world but three separate dispensations time. Same heaven and same earth.

This is not philosophy but cold hard fact. Anti christ will arrive here on earth on the sixth Trump, he will deceive many into worshiping him, believing him to be the true Christ. The true Christ will arrive on the seventh Trump. It won’t take him long to get things back in order.

@Bendito
Dear Brother,
It appears that your thread has moved away from the "Christian Philosophy" to "Christian Psychiatry" or "Christian Psychology".

I found an interesting article on your initial question and would beg your thoughts on it.

Christian Philosophy

Also, I'm curious on your perspective on Apologists such as Ravi Zacharias, or C.S. Lewis among others. Who in many dissertations by what one would call Christian Philosophers, they are able to reprove other philosophies by showing the truth of Scripture.

You might find this article interesting, if not all that fruitful, but I thought I'd share it with you anyway. :-)

What Does Philosophy Have to do with Apologetics? - Christian Apologetics Alliance

Again, thanks for the question you posed. Interesting indeed.

Yes my thread has shifted somewhat but I think it's still in the same realm...Let's ride it and see where it takes us.

I read the article you shared....Most illogical.....But that's only my opinion...

I saw only one article...What you said makes sense. This one seems illogical What Does Philosophy Have to do with Apologetics? - Christian Apologetics Alliance I do agree with you though.....It is interesting

There were two links. You and I agree on the one you read. Still, I came across it and the thought of Apologetics usage of Philosophy to me goes without question. Most of the defenders of the faith have always used the position of the others, to show the validity of Christianity. A sort of take all comers (faiths), and show the truth of the Word of God against the others belief system. This article just didn't do a very good job in showing it's place in Apologetics. It was more of a throw in, and in retrospect, I probably should not have added it, or maybe found a better article on that subject to include. We, live and learn, and learn some more. :-)

The other article which I'll include the link again below. Was to me much more of interest in the discussion you brought up with this thread. It's attempt in identifying what Christianity Philosophy is, and then attempting to evaluate it and come to a conclusion to what it means to a Christian. This one in particular is the one I wanted your views on. Look forward to your thoughts on it brother.

Well, I'll ponder on the Christian Philosophy one.....As far as those apologists? To start with, I hate that word! It makes me feel like we're apologizing for believing what we believe. Yuck! But ok. As far as Ravi Zacharias, or C.S. Lewis and the others.....Because of the way I was raised, I have no feelings about them one way or the other....That's the way I am with most folks.... My views on them? Ravi Z. teaches some good stuff....and CS Lewis has a lot to learn...At least at the time he penned the Screwtape Letters. I have not read him since. I have no use for commentaries because they are only opinions of people who have read the Word then picked up a pen to write their thoughts on paper...Opinions generally only count for the person whose they are.
Now you have my warped views.

Now you have my warped views.

We all have our own picadellos which we hold to, and have a hard time putting behind us. So, you are no more warped in that respect then anyone else is.

As far as the Apologist goes. Until I found out it really meant "Defender of the Faith", I was like you. I didn't feel the need to Apologize for anything either :-)

On your feelings or lack thereof toward most folks. Unless this isn't exactly what you meant. I consider the ability to love one of the greatest gifts God gave us. It's really a bit of Him, if we would but notice when we use it or feel it towards another. The English definition of Love, and how we use it would probably do better to follow along the Greek lines and use.

As far as C.S. Lewis. Well truth be told I've not read everything he's written. Off the top of my head the only books were Narnia, because my wife wanted to give them to our children to read, and I hadn't read them. Also, Mere Christianity. Which is only a compilation of three broadcasts talks that were done during WWII. Since he compiled them from what he actually said on the air. You might actually find this more in line with Christian thought and beliefs. Still, to each his own, as long as they look to the Word of God first and foremost. Our Lords Words will never pass away.

With the Love of Christ Jesus brother. Ponder away.
