I know i have been asking for prayers for a long time and yall are probably tired of hearing from me. Its about the custody of my kids still. We havent went to court yet but its most likely coming soon. We had to do a dna test last week and they said it would take about 7 days to get the results but once we get those results their dad can ask for 50% custody. The other day when we did the testing was the first time he had seen them in 3 and a half weeks. He doesnt call or text me to see how the kids are doing. He doesnt ask to see them. In our state they try to do 50/50 parenting time as much as possible because its in the best interest for the kids. Im not quite sure that is the case in our situation. I just dont know what to do. Im not trying to say he shouldnt get them at all but it doesnt seem fair for the kids to go over there half the time when he hasnt ever had much of a relationship with either one of our kids.

Greetings,

shall be praying for your situation and the goodness of God to be known by you both and for your children to see something good in your ways that they may be encouraged to seek and follow the Christ Who gave Himself for you all that you all may have life.
Whatever way things go from this day forward try to determine to trust the Lord for He knows your situation and has provided a solution for you all.

God's peace to you all in Jesus His Son

Bless you ....><>

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:6-7

GIVING THANKS is so important and too many often overlook this..... give thanks, for He IS good and His merciful lovingkindness endures for ever! Thanking the Lord and trusting Him go hand in hand, together in His Love
Perhaps you both are like this but have not yet submitted to His love in all things? I judge not.
Be careful that you do not either, but do trust and give thanks to the Lord for your present situation, even not knowing the reason yet nor the outcome. At present you have your outcome foremost in mind, but my feeble advice to you is to allow the outcome the Lord has for you all become your only desire. He is the Good Shepherd, we all are His Sheep

Bless you ....><>

I’m so sorry to hear what you’re going through, friend. Wish I could give you a hug. I know how difficult and frustrating it must be for you. Though we don’t have control over our situation, we do have our Creator to whom we can always share our burdens and be at rest. I just said a prayer for you, asking God to intervene in your situation and work out everything good for you and your kids. Please don’t get stressed out, but stay strong in Him. He is able to take care of everything that concerns you and your kids. May you rest in the assurance the psalmist expressed when he wrote: “In the day of my trouble I shall call upon You, for You will answer me” (Psalm 86:7). Love & hugs to you!
