Urgent Prayer Request for StudentX354

Hello fellow brothers and sisters.
I am in need of some strong prayers to head my way.
I would ask that you all pray that I am able to find a job soon. Ever since my work burnt down it has kinda been a struggle. Please please pray alot on this for me. I have been praying non stop.
Also I would like to ask for a prayer concerning me resisting temptation, coming closer to God and being able to trust Him fully. These are important matters to me and I need some fellowship to help lift me up, God willing.

Praying for sure but I will add be cautious of your words.
Examine every word you speak and make sure it is not Faithless. Speaking what is going on or seems like is not Faith.
Stand on His promises with Thanksgiving and Praise.

It is Written my God SHALL supply ALL your needs through His riches and glory in Christ or through Christ.
..would not a job be a need He will supply?!! Faith or Confident Faith in Him.

Trust Him totally.

Notice these words are in need of action and this action must be done by you.

We can pray as I will pray but in the end it comes down to you.

Resist temptation.
God has already provided a way to escape or over come.
It is up to you to make a quality choice to do so.

It might seem as if I am coming down on you when you are asking for prayer HOWEVER....
I can not just say praying and ignore the truth thus deceiving you by thinking it will all be ok if I get others to pray.

Prayer is strong and powerful and yet there are prayers God will not answer.
God will not do for you what He has already done - which requires faith on our end to access

God Will not do for us what He has told, commissioned and authorised for us to do...
He will back us and strengthen us AS we move in what He said was our responsibility to do.

Why would I write this in a prayer request?
Because I don't want you to be waiting on God year after year after year and still be found in the same place.

See I have already done this and I learned the hard defeated way and now you get some truth so you don't have too!!

Faith is What Pleases and Moves the Hand of God.
Begging and trying to convince is not Real Faith.

Trusting by Acting on His Word WITH.....Steadfastness or CONFIDENCE in His Word.

I agree completely. Thank you for your words of wisdom. I will take them too heart. Each day is getting easier to do all these things. And yes indeed He does provide a escape. Im just asking for prayers to be sent my way. Thats all.

Thank you for sharing. Even tho as @Wired 4 Fishen said, God already has a plan for us and a way of escape for temptations, yet knowing that other believers are praying for us can give us courage and strength. Also I believe there is power in prayer, how this happens or how God responds to this I do not know, yet we are told to pray for one another!

There is a strength that comes when we know others are praying and yet.....
That encouragement still won't get the job done if we don't do our part.

Again true there is power in prayer but it won't override another's freewill.

Far to many Christians spend their life going to everyone for prayer and not doing anything about it. Year after year they stay within the same struggles and situations.

Your welcome. I have been thinking about what you said. I was just reading the Word and found this.

Ephesians 5:15-21
15 Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men, but as wise, 16 making the most of your time, because the days are evil. 17 So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. 18 And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, 19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord; 20 always giving thanks for all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the Father; 21 and be subject to one another in the fear of Christ.

may I say...?

The last thing you mentioned was about trust. Please take my advice and make that first. All else fits neatly together if built on the right foundation.

Sometimes it seems hard but don't be fooled, it is not. It is actually a joy to trust in the Lord and whether we like it or not, it is at trying times we need to trust Him, if that makes sense?

While you have your Bible out look for passages which speak of trusting the Lord AND of His lovingkindness and faithfulness and let Him encourage you to trust Him more and more.... in everything, with everything. It is a sort of 'seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you' He IS the good Shepherd and He is your good Shepherd ,

We have plans and ideas of what we need but the Lord knows also what we need and how His healing and perfecting is best ministered to us. We look for immediate fixes, the Lord works for us an eternal fix. Fix your eyes upon Jesus. He cares for you.

Remember also that we war against spiritual wickedness in high places, that our war is not carnal, but spiritual.
Read Psalm 37. Again and again until it sinks in deep where you are calling from. Also Psalm 139

I shall be praying. Please ..... please keep us updated about what the Lord is giving you in answer to prayer. We all need encouraging, too!
