Meaning that when a person looks up into the sky and sees lightning there's also ground lightning -- the storm clouds -- planets - stars -- mankind can observe that They certainly didn't put the stars, planets in the sky So there's some entity existing that is outside of ourselves. And when a person's life is changed for the better -- the working of the Holy Spirit can be 'seen'.
Okay -- you tell me what 'that' is.
Well, we know that,
"the heavens declare the Glory of God", so an invisible God creates things that declare his Glory, or we could say it reveals the nature of it's creator. God knew a spiritual dead man can not see into the realm of the spirit where God lives so God created the universe in such a way that it would be a shadow of the invisible, so that man would have no excuse to not believe he exists.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead;
so that they are without excuse:
"They" meaning man would have no excuse. But the greatest of all revelations that God created in the physical world is the one that man can see with his eyes and get a understanding of how God is in the spiritual realm where he lives.....
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world
are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made,
even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
It is always better to quote scriptures to allow the holy Spirit to reveal a truth to a person than for a person to just tell them the answer. This is why Jesus always asked a lot of question, not because he did not know the answer, as he knew the answers to every question he asked. This is how he taught so as to allow the Holy Spirit to reveal a certain truth instead of just telling them. So I will quote a few scriptures, and then you tell me what God created in the physical universe that gives man a revelation of how God is.
john 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying,
I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Psa 84:11 For
the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
Mal 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall
the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
Mat 17:2 And was transfigured before them: and
his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
Rev 1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and
his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
Deu 4:24 For the LORD
thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.
John 9:5 As long as I am in the world,
I am the light of the world.
