7:4 is nebuchadnezzer of babylon
Wings plucked off - 4:30-33
Given mans heart 4:34-37

7:5 is Media-Persia empire
Raised on one side - Persia was the dominate empire
The Ram 8:20

7:6 is Greek empire
Four wings - 8:22 (4 generals took over after alexanders death)
The Goat 8:21

Goat replaces the ram 8:7

7:7 this should be Rome.... and it is, its just not 70ad's rome

Daniel 9:27 tells us the antichrist is the prince of the people who came in 70ad
Again a roman....
