Why Do We

Why do we continue to want to stay in such a pathetic world of hate, greed, and selfishness; when we have a mansion waiting, a crown of gold and no more broken hearts or tears?

Search your hearts... God is...
Do you know Him?
Have you forsaken ALL? His disciples did; some returned to their past lives before the cross and after the cross.
How can we say we are following Him; when we refuse to let go of us in this world?
How can we say we are spiritual; and continue to seek and lust after the physical?
We can not justify ourselves for doing so.
Search your hearts... God is...
What is consuming your hearts, your mind, you body, your strength?
Glory Lord; have mercy on us ALL. Will there be any faith found when He returns?
All praise, glory and honor be to God. Amen

Makes me search deeply .....what does forsaken all really mean?
How do we forsake all?

What shall I render unto the Lord for all His benefits towards me
Psalm 116:12

God searches the depths of our heart and holds its reins in His hand. Amen.

To live is Christ; to die is gain.
As I live, move and breath; I do so unto God.
My life is not my own; it belongs to God.
Seek ye your treasures in heaven; for where your treasure is there shall be your heart also.
If thine eye be single; thy whole body if full of light.
(we are torn away from the presence of God daily because of our worldly stuff, worldly life, situations, family, friends, worldly talk. We can not rob God; but we sure rob ourselves of His presence.)

Forsaking ALL...... we want God and only God; nothing else.
In order for Him to increase; we must decrease.
They left their ships and nets.
They left their tax post.
They sold all they owned and laid the money at the apostles feet.
I am quite certain; we brought nothing into this world, and we can take nothing out.
We can do nothing against the truth; but for the truth. Amen.
