we do this when we are camping to make clean-up easy.
mix together the eggs and all ingredients you want in your omelet into a zip-lock sandwich bag and boil them in a pan of water for a couple minutes.
If using paper plates and plastic forks there will be no dishes to do

Sounds a good idea and I really like the thought of no mess

But don't the bags start to melt in the boiling water?
