Looking for this specific bible verse I cannot find

Hello,

Do you know a bible verse that goes along the lines of: "do not say God does neither good nor bad"?

I know I read it before but I cannot find it. I tried googling and using bible programs to find it but it seems like it does not exist. But I KNOW I read it before. I think it was NLT or NIV. I am SURE it was in the Old Testament.

It may not have been the word 'good' or 'bad' but the overall meaning was something like it.

I am going crazy because I cannot find it. Anything even remotely similar I will take it.
