"There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all" (Eph 4:4-6).
Beloved, since God only thinks one way about all things, why is there so much disunity of the faith? More importantly, how do God's children walk unified in one faith as one body?
The answer is simple, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind" (Rom 12:2).
Disunity of the faith is always the result of conformity to the world (religious or pagan), while unity of the faith is always the result of being transformed by the renewal of your mind.
If a child of God adopts the thinking and/or faith of anyone other than Christ, the result will continue to be perpetual disunity with Christ, God & His children.
If a child of God grandfathers in the thinking and/or faith of anyone other than Christ, the result will continue to be perpetual disunity with Christ, God & His children.
However, if all of God's children seek the unity of faith directly from the mind of Christ, this will result in a mature, unified & common faith among Christ, God & all God's children. Every child of God has the power within them (because of God's gift of faith) to attain to the unity of belief with God the Father, Jesus Christ, His Apostles, and thus, all God's children.
The question is Beloved, in what way has the world already brought you into conformity with it??? Fight to be unified with the Father & His Son Beloved! Fight "until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the true knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ" (Eph 4:13).
Your citizenship is in heaven, may the word of Christ richly dwell within you. Blessings.

Paul continues on in his letter [read Romans 12] by telling you what those good and acceptable and perfect things are...these have nothing to do with human standards that conform to this worlds way of thinking - "touch not, taste not, handle not" and you will be a good, acceptable and perfect person ---- but everything to do with genuine love flowing from the mind 'renewed' by Christ . ♥ Amen
