Hello all,
SSGnewt here, just joined the group of believers.
i have just returned from the Stanbox where we were clearing routes for the LN's (local nationals) and our soldiers.
Glad to be back where i can converse with fellow believers. There aren't many of us in the army these days.
i would like to ask a favor, that everyone pray for the salvation of my brothers. If they die they don't just die, they go to the 'other' place. i would like to see them again. Thanks.
i hope i haven't stepped out of line with grammar.

Hello Sargent Newt, I am from Western North Carolina myself. I recommend you taking your personal information (like city and state together) off display, info like that goes toward someone stealing enough info on you to create a false identity and ruin your credit and more. I would be glad to pray for your fellow soldiers, for we all deserve an extra chance of another Holy Spirit Nudge through the prayers of others. I hope you are a good witness of your faith to them, lifestyle evangelism is the greatest form of evangelishm IMO. Your grammer is fine, faith and honesty is more important to me than good grammer. If you got those, you are doing good in my book. I hope you find blessings here.

i appreciate the advice.
i tried the best i could with witnessing and evangelizing, but i would succumb to the flesh as a squad-leader. Many times i had to e-mail my uncle for advice. A vietman vet. His trust in our Father gave me strength more than once dealing with those boys of mine. The main thing was lack of fellowship. No one there to 'talk Jesus' with. Only one other brother i could confide in. Very sad. When i returned home my spiritual battery meter was blinking. Fellowship is sssooo important for us followers of The Way.

Hello and welcome to TJ SSG Newt, I am right next door to you in Pinehurst. I was in the Army at Bragg also. I can only imagine the difficulties have grown since my ETS. Hope you enjoy the site, there are many good and encouraging threads here @ TJ. Praying for you and your comrades.
