The battles are ramping up in my day job. Please pray the LORD will give me strength, wisdom, boldness, to face these challenges and that His Spirit will give me peace, power, comfort, and guidance.

The last month has been awful, the coming week may be worse, lift me up in prayer, please.

I am praying for you that God gives you all you need, especially the peace, comfort and strength. He is a deliverer and is able to do more than we ask of Him. Praise Jesus for His amazing grace!

It is not easy working in the world!! Most all know this,I have found if we do 3 things on our job,we will get through it much easier.1. speak little.2. Do your job as if Jesus were your employer( which he is!! )3. encourage others when you can. And one other important point,do not get involved with people who speak bad about others, you will find that if you do,they will have something bad to say about you as well.Even if you have little faults.LOL

You see we speak volumes to others by our work ethic,we preform as unto our Lord, and some in time will come up to you,to ask how you do such things, then tell them the hope within you. Some may laugh, some may make fun,but you will be on that job long after they have either been fired,or have quit! Just a thought Brother! We must always also remember to be careful even!! for what we listen to!!( mark 4:24) blessing!

God teaches us lessons. I have had to learn them all the hard way. No for Kit it always has to be the hard way.

We learn that in life and in work we must at times bow our spirit to things we do not like. We have to not allow our own pride and judgements to cause us to make a decision that will likely cause us grief later in life.

I had a job with a county government once. It was a decent job and pay was good , but it was a corrupt place and there was no fair play and bribery and corruption not in money ways but in political ways was over powering. I was a plumbing/building inspector and those with power, money and influence could do as they wished, while the private person building a home was subject to all rules and expense of following the building codes. Once I turned down a building for no fire dampers in the fire walls and a huge lawsuit was lodged against the county. Once I turned down a new church with a huge kitchen for not having a grease trap, well the builder was a member of county council. So you see Kit did not bow his head and accept. And it got worse. And I allowed it to get to me. So I quit. I was in the midst of a snake pit and did not like it.

I should have stayed and done what I could do to change things. But did it within the means I had as so long as I was correct they could not pounce on me, all they could do is make things tuff.

So I learned to not become depressed, to not make judgements and to allow pride to want to whip them all. Lol! I learned to not listen to scuttle butt and to allow opinions of others to effect my actions. As it can have long reaching effects on ones life. God taught me patience, consideration for all things, and that the world is a tuff challenge at times. And he let me make my own decision and then says, see you dummy, you could have done this.

Hope this helps, kinda feel some of this might be going on with you.

I appreciate your input, but where does the Christian draw the line? I can't help but wonder how much compromise one should accept before knowing you're no longer doing the Lord's will, but the will of the Satanic system.
