“Clearing up the Fallacies about going to Heaven”

=RJ;190639]So before this time no one has been raised from the dead, or continue to live forever.

Ozell,
Please answer these 2 questions:

1.For the time being, just where is it do you think we go when we die in the flesh?

God said in the very beginning

<SUP id=en-KJV-73 class=versenum>17</SUP>And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

<SUP id=en-KJV-74 class=versenum>18</SUP>Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
19In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return

But when shall this be and when shall we receive this reward? At the second coming of Christ.

2 Timothy 4
1I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

So if no one has been judged yet then how can anyone be in heaven or hell right now?

It doesn’t make sense when you say, so and so is in heaven, and then you say I don’t want to be in that long line on judgment day

It doesn’t make sense!

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

It says to preach the word, not what you fill or believe.

Reprove and rebuke with doctrine.

Well people will tell you that they don’t argue the bible, but you will argue any and everything else.

Please research the words “reprove” and “rebuke” and find out what they mean.

2 Timothy 4
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

That time is here and now.

Regardless of how much scripture you read, the response is always “well you believe what you believe and I believe what I believe” or “I don’t care what you read my pastor said

but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

And going to heaven is just one of the many made up stories or lies

4And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

(That’s what a fable is).

A straight up lie that can not be proven out of the scriptures

(v.5) But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Whether you are teaching it or it is being taught to you, you need to make full proof of it.

8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

At what day?

The day that He makes His second coming.

So again, you do not answer may question, one more time:

What you describe above is your physical death, the death of your flesh!
When you die four physical death, where does your spirit go, Ozell?

oh you change the question RJ?

lets read RJ where God say the spirit goes

Job 32:7-9

7I said, Days should speak, and multitude of years should teach wisdom.
8But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.

who knoweth RJ? do you know are you wiser than solomon?

what do we read below according to solomon RJ who knoweth.

Ecclesiastes 3:

20All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.
21Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth?

RJ

now that I've answered your question how about you give mine a try

what spirit is in man? and use the bible as proof and not your opinion.

there are different types of spirits in the bible so choose the right one.

Luke 23:46
And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

what spirit is this?

did Jesus(God) have a spirit in him?

what spirit did the Father receive?

Luke 4:1
And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

what spirit was leading Jesus(God)

So again, you do not answer may question, one more time:

God's word answered your question RJ

the problem is it is not what you want to hear

The day that He makes His second coming.

Is.40:3-4,10

3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:

10 Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. His reward is with Him and we can’t get it until He gets here.

Rev.22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

Again His reward is with Him and whether you believe it or not you will be judged according to your work so get your house in order.

1 Cor:15:20-24

15 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

We shall be made like unto Christ at his coming.

How can our love ones be in heaven we we cannot be resurrected before Jesus comes

John 14:1-3

1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

If they don’t read you anything else at a funeral they are going to read you a portion of this verse.

2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

And almost all of them stop reading in the same spot because if they continue to read then they would have to explain this.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Where was Jesus at when he said "I come again"?

He was standing on the earth. He said that if I go to prepare a place for you "I come again". "

I come again and receive you unto myself that where I am there you may be also.

Jesus has never promised to take you to heaven.

Yes I know what God's word says me and I do hear that.
I have repeatedly ask you what it says to you and what you hear?

But, again it is you who refuses to answer the question and tell us what you hear!

i answered your question by giving you God's word, this is what beleive and know.

hearken unto these words from the Lord

Isaiah 55:7-9

7Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

8For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

God's thoughts is what I adhere to not mine, his thoughts are higher than mine.

What can I say....You haven't disappointed me!

is it anything from the lesson you would like to comment on, now that the focus is not on my thoughts?

or how about answering my questions using God's words of course.

So again, we come full circle from a previous thread.....so, you have been giving me a lesson is it? Why do I keep forgetting it is you the Teacher and me your student......I'll let the Holy Spirit be my Teacher, thank you!

I really mean no disrespect but, your arrogance preceeds you!

The Holy Spirit teaches from within and without. Be careful to discern whether it is Gods spirit or another spirit that speaks to you out of another person.
