URGENT, life on the line

Please pray with me for this special little one & her parents -- Sydney Grace was born with Trisomy 18.

She was not expected to make it past 28 weeks in her mama much less through labor.

Now she is two days old.

The Graces need every ones prayers for more miracles & God's peace - come what may.
