Law and grace revisited





I would like to share a story I heard the other day-
There was a newlywed couple who had moved into their first home. Things seemed to go well at first but soon problems arouse. The husband was very strict and everyday would right out a list and demand it be completed to perfection. If even the slightest part wasn't accomplished there was going to be hell to pay and it seemed no matter how hard she tried the little bride could never quite live up to her husbands expectations.
One morning the little bride received bad news her husband had died. After years of morning our little bride met another man. They quickly fell in love and were married. Her new husband loved her dearly, praising her and encouraging her at every possible chance. One day while he was at work and she was cleaning house she found a piece of paper buried between the sofa cushion. It was the list her old husband had made for her. Upon reading it she begin to cry tears of joy- you see she was already doing all the things on the list, she wasn't being forced but was doing all these things out of love for her husband.

Excellent post Boanerges, religion is a hard and ruthless master. I am reminded of the harlot "caught in the act" Jesus said "neither do I condemn you" He also said " the Son was not sent to condemn the world" and Paul said "there is now NO condemnation in Christ Jesus".

Religion with usurped authority speaks of and for Christ, but it is a liar and deceiver.

Search Christ and you will find that just as Paul has said there is no condemnation to be found it can not exist in such an unfathomable sea of Love, such as the Love of Christ.

Well said my brother. Religion also causes one to be bitter and leaps with joy to point out the faults it sees in others but secretly hates about itself. This is the opposite of the freedom we have in Christ. So many daily dwell on the problems when if they just took the time to dwell on the answer (Jesus Christ) they could be free.
I pray daily that God deliver me from all preconceived notions and traditions of religion that I might see Him for who He really is.

God never did away the religion of israel nor would he do away the religion of christ, just as he sent the prophet nathan to rebuke and straighten David , God sent Martin Luther to rebuke and straighten the roman catholic church, the religion of God will always be straighten by the rebuke of messengers of God, for in Judaism there is God Almigthy and that is rebuked by the Holy Trinity Churches and the Holy Trinity Churches rebuked by messengers of the Holy Trinity, whoever condemns all this will not be condemned as they are the faithfuls of God and deserve heaven for their endurance in terms of faith yet all u people who condemn what God ask to rebuke, not to destroy will always be measured up, for as u judge others u will be judged , as u measure all things of heaven and earth, u my friends will surely be measured, for those who rebuked straighten the kingdom of heaven and loved to straighten. whereas those who condemned said vengence, saying vengence is mine not the Lords , as Elijah said I am the only faithful in Israel God, gave the exact number of Faithfuls in Israel which incude Elisha, do you who believe who know everything thus r THE ELIJAHS say We r not The Elishas, Do u who say u r THE ST PETERS say we r not the ST Pauls, u divide the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, DO YOU KNOW NUMBERS OF THE FAITHFULS ON THE EARTH,BLESSED R THE PEACEMAKERS GOD WILL CALL THEM HIS CHILDREN , ONE MANS MEAT IS ANOTHER MANS POISON, IF U EAT VEGETABLES AND SO FORTH HONOUR GOD , WE WHO EAT MEAT SO FAR ALSO HONOUR GOD, BECAUSE READ WHAT ST PAUL SAID IF U R THE EYES OF FAITH BECAUSE U DONT BELONG TO RELIGION WE ARE HANDS OF FAITH BECAUSE WE BELONG TO RELIGION AS MUCH AS THE EYES CANT SAY TO THE HAND SO FORTH THE HAND COULD NOT SAY TO THE EYES U R NOT HEAVEN. BECAUSE ALL PUT IN WHEN THE HAND AND THE EYE IS FAITHFUL AND ENDURES, IT IS THE LIGHT TO THIS WORLD, LIGHT CONDEMNING LIGHT IS NONSENSE, LIGHT REBUKES PART OF THE DARKNESS IN LIGHT SO THAT THE DARKNESS THAT IS IN LIGHT IS OVERCOME, REBUKE DARKNESS THAT IS IN LIGHT, CONDEMN THE DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD BUT NOT CONDEMN THE DARKNESS THAT IS IN THE FLESH, MUCH THE SAME AS U R FLESH SO FORTH IS OTHER FLESH, JUDGE THE WORLD FOR ITS DARKNESS BUT REJOICE IN FLESH FOR IT DOES LISTEN TO LIGHT WHEN THERE IS A SPARK, WHEN THERE IS NO SPARK IN THE FLESH LEAVE IT TO GOD, THE JUDGE OF ALL JUDGE. God did NOT bring forth religion to be replaced but to be rebuked when it loses its light. It is in Judaism, christianity was born, not in PAGANISM, U people who belong to the blood of paganism remember the meaning to paganism, do not fight like the heathens do for the heathens do not have judaism(I am from a pagan blood), salvation comes forth from Judaism and gave meaning to religion for whether faith is in or apart from the church its beginning has always been the church, whose beginning has been always the temple of solomon. Then why rebuke not condemn, the temple of God who is the Lamb of God rebuked the temple of solomon and said the temple solomon would pass away but the temple of the body would not pass away as it will always straighten the church, for the church how crooked it has been, has always been a testimony against pagan temples. It always has been straighten by the living testimony, people like the saints for example Martin Luther. Do u think the church is not breathing in terms truth. rebuke it has always been, yet flesh and flesh has come to terms as the father of the Jews (st Peter) came to terms with the father of the Gentiles (st Paul). Now read theology, philosophy, history of man and the church, go back to your bible and read the words of Paul. Wise as a serpent, gentle as a dove,truth is above wisdom, justice in the hands of God, messages the meaning to GOOD NEWS, FUNDAMENTALISM THE MEANING TO A HEAVY CROSS, liberalism the meaning to an illussionary cross. The truth u seek in scriptures, the false u see in the world yet the messengers of God r always born not to compromise but to speak the truth. for your truth is a living truth, so r others. My truth is a living truth that depends on the strenght that my brethren in christ give n not the weakness, no doubt the road to heaven is narrow , yet knowledge of heaven is not narrow ,if it is narrow there will be nothing to write in terms of knowledge of heaven but scriptures, scripture is a foundation whereupon all things r refined, just as gold is refined by fire , man of scriptures r refined by the Good News, which is a Good News as long as the laws of God is refined by Grace that flows from the Holy Trinity.

Rom 7:3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.
Rom 7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.


Gal 5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

the law gives dead unless u have the faith in the saviour the lord Jesus and intepret the law through grace. If the law is intepreted through man it gives dead, intepreted by grace ( the fruit of the spirit in Galatians, i am sorry i only remember one that is goodness)
it brings forth beautiful life like u brother like. joy is one of the fruit of the spirit, joy comes to man when he could intepret laws of God through grace if it is intepreted through man there is no deliverence in laws of God for example how paul held the laws of God and yet gave deliverence to the problems of married life by intepreting the laws of God through grace. This way is different from the pharisees who did away with the laws of God or they made it a heavier burden.about pharisees u can know from the Gospel or a book on the day christ is buried that explain the way of the pharisees in Israel during the time of Christ. I read it. But i always make it a point to read the Gospels daily and when it comes to the intepretation of the Gospels the writing of the apostles who were guided by grace.
I know brother that religion has commited the greatest crime on earth in the name of God and even scriptures but there still r pastors, priest, servants of christ, man living on the word of God and believe in true interpretation who r alive today, i might fall no matter how wise i am but i belief that even if i fall others would not fall because the strongest value is faith, second truth, third fear of God and fourth is loving God.Of all things i fear faith the most for God is most concerned to his faithful, then truth for truth always has the right to speak, fear of God that means not to offend God, loving God is the first commandment. all this is in the Gospel.

Honestly my friend I think we are walking toward the same goal.
As one is led of the Spirit that one will always be pleasing to his Father.
Without trying to live a template of rules and regulations one will fulfill the Father's will as that one is led deeper into fellowship with and obedience to the Holy Spirit. Pleasing God becomes our joy as we walk close to His heart.

Brother i am from malaysia whether it is the church or man living by grace all are persecuted because it is an islamic country. But i have always seen that faith is the strongest value, truth runs or is miserable yet faith keeps on struggling.There is no way out for us. Because we r ruled by pagans who r terribly corrupted. Brother there r two million christian here who r totally lost. I am doing my best to go through a miserable life. I am intending in becoming a missionary and evangelist. I am an evangelist at present and also government officer to a corrupted government. I intend to leave everything behind when the church offers me. i am not a church evangelist but a christian evangelist who will later become a church evangelist simply because i want the church to exist and thats all. I have always done my part apart from the church. because i am a living example whereas the church is just a building. So what created me is my own country where there is no joy. If you r living in a christian country be happy. Whatever the problems u can sit down in a round table in the name of christ whereas we will be crucified by 20 million pagans. Experience has taught to make peace with all christians because at the end of the day in the name of christ only christians will stand. Sorry for my emotions that day.
