My friend, stress is a sure sign we are walking in our own strength. Let us face life in total dependence on and complete submission to the Holy Spirit of God. He will lead, guide and empower us. He will cause us to hear God's voice and to know His will and heart. He will bring us to a place of rest and reveal a peace that passes all understanding.
We were built for the fellowship of and indwelling by the Spirit of God. We were never designed to face life on our own. His burden is easy His yoke is light.
When life presents me with a trial (which it often does) instead of dealing with this directly I simply declare Jesus be my strength and I walk through it trusting my Father for each step. The strain comes off and I glide through that which would have broken me with ease when I do it depending on Him.
You are in my prayers my sister.
Many blessings in His Name,
brother Larry.

My sister of course my prayers are with you, in this time of need.

Please though aqpgirl read Boanerges message far too often we only sing our praises to the Lord when we are not in crisis, what he said is true. We need to know that going it allow, we often block out our Lord who can take that strife in desperate time.

God Bless u sister and I'll pray that God gives you peace and an endless joy that passes understanding. But you have to remember that we already have the peace and joy, we have to accept it in all our trials and tests. Just let all the darkness pass by trusting the Lord. He promises us he won't let us down. :).

Yes, you've been in my prayers sister... May you come to find the Lord Jesus Christ as your strength and peace.... Your ever present help in times of need..

God bless you and your family...

Sister in Christ,

Reymielin

I am very sorry to hear that you feel stressed. I will pray for you for God's peace and his love. May you feel his peace and I will pray God's blessings upon your life.

Dear Father God please help this person out of the stress and give her peace. May the peace of God be always in her hart and I hope you feel beter. I ask that in the name of Jesus Amen.

 Praying for you & the stressful situations you are encountering.

:lightbulb Breathe in God's peace (deep breath) & breathe out frustration (slowly exhale).
Do this every time stress comes your way.
