dear intercessors,

It's been almost a week now that rains are dropping in our region and last two days ago people are already going in the streets for safety just so the waters was already flooding the houses.. Others are already on their rooftops for refuge and until to this day the rains has not stopped yet..
Weather forecast says this will still continue until the next two days.. Water reservoirs are to be opened to prevent breakage and floodgates..

Many houses in different towns are now underwater.. Please help us to pray and intercede..

I still have no update yet from my family too.. I can't reach them out now and have not known their situation... Hope to contact them as soon as possible also.

God Bless you sister, I assume that communications have been disrupted where you live, and could be some without power for a bit.

When worried about family I have had to cast those fears down and get focused on God's Word. Worry and fear are spiritual contraband for the believer as God never fails those that trust what he said and will not be moved. Had God failed anyone that stood firmly on his Word then we would be justified in worry and fear, but he has never failed anyone that trust in him. That's why it's mentioned over 59 times in the KVJ to FEAR-NOT.

Isa 54:9 For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.
Isa 54:10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.

Rev 4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.

WoW !!! He set a rainbow smack in the middle of his own throne room after that flood. It is in his face for eternity reminding him that you and I are assured his kindness and mercy. This is great news for you as your dealing with a actual flood. He said He will make perfect those things that concern you (Psa 138:8)

When bothered by thoughts of family being hurt I just stand up and yell that NO EVIL SHALL BEFALL ME you lying devils, it is Written!!!!

Psa 91:9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
Psa 91:10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

That spoken Word is forever recorded and nothing can change it. God's Word prospers and accomplishes the thing where he sent it. Glory to God!!! (Isa 55:11)

2Co 2:14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savor of his knowledge by us in every place.

So just be at rest, knowing that something greater than any flood is working on your behalf.

Thank you also Sister Julia. Since last Thursday i've started entrusting my family to the Lord and avoided to worry about them in spite of the news. Other Brothers and Sisters are also being kept and upheld by the Lord through these waters. Amen

This morning i asked some update from one sister in the Lord what's already going different places. Roads are passable now in all direction in the province/region. Amen

So far no great damage has been reported yet as to people's lives and belongings. This is because they are given prior warning regarding the waters coming. But there are four casualties who died, one from our city, found been in the waters three days (perhaps he slept too much that's why made unaware of the flood.. joking), another is a baby who was fallen on a tunnel and the other one was drawn because of drunkenness lol.. pitiful.. the last i don't know..

With regard to my own town i praise the Lord, no bad news received yet... Amen, and i claim it will never have. Praise the Lord!!!

thank you beloved sister in Christ for your continued prayer. The Lord indeed had given me His peace guarding my heart now about this flood and rains for me and my family though until this point of time communication is not available yet to all of us. I'm leaving in the city and they are in other town. I just hope they are being kept by the Lord. The verses i received here are great and keep leaning on the promises... I'm looking forward to communicate with them soon..

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7

Why i ask for intercession is because it's on behalf of those who are getting seriously affected by the flood and the coming rains... I can't just imagine how's their lives going on the streets, and gymnasiums so with their flocks and herds, having no food and enough clothes keeping them warm... So the rains must be stopped that the people may go back to their normal lives...

Thank you beloved for loving the saints as much as you're loving yourself. Thank you also for agreeing in my prayer... God bless you more abundantly...

a double testimony

dear brothers and sisters,

thanks a lot for joining me in prayer about these rains and waters. The Lord is indeed great and wonderful...

One of our great concerns about the waters is the mission house we're living during weekends. During weekdays, we are to leave the village and do some jobs in the city. So no one was left to take care of the house.

We are greatly blessed because the brethren there took initiative to destroy the back door and before damage came, the church property (instruments and sound systems) and the household's personal properties are being kept. Praise the Lord. Glory to our awesome God.

The owner of the house went home last Sunday in spite of the big waters and found all things in proper orders already.. The house was clean and neat, all is well. We praise the Lord for the brethren' heart and care. Amen

Secondly, i also thank the Lord for available communications now. I just called up last night to my family and all is well with them. My father said that the waters just stopped in the roads, reaching not our house. Amen. Glory to God and praise his Holy name.

Thank you Lord for your Words delivering us from all troubles. Amen

Though there some damages done especially in some other towns like one of our churches, but still praise be to God our Father and to Jesus our Lord and Savior. We just want to let go of the old things and welcome the new ones. Amen..

Lord enable also our brothers and sisters affected by the flood to look on and remember of your promises that they might be strengthened and be comforted. In Jesus name. Amen

Weather is still not stable this time, little rains and little sunshine come and go each day, but the winds are here now to disintegrate this dark clouds avoiding the waters to accumulate again. Amen.

Thank you Jesus for taking over the weather.
