What are you paying for gas?

lol. that is what im paying for a litre over here in england.
well not quite petrol is at about 2 dollars a litre and deisel is at about
2.70 dollars a litre.
i cant wait till it runs out then this evil money machine can die.
we need to stop all the wars get all that money from that and get working on alternatives because there is gonna be big problems with riots and stuff soon the battle field is not with how different countrys think but with our own appetites the world seems to be expanding and soon its gonna come crashing back in thats were the pain will come.

With the price of oil sky rocketing, I can see this could be the start of a war or "the war". Everything is on the rise; bread, milk, poutry. We live in hard times for sure.

yeah mate we should start up programs for people to grow their own food keep chickens stuff like that.
over here in britain we have allotments, these are land owned by the local authoritys and rented out to people for a small price, you cant live on them obviously but if you havent got a garden they are brilliant for growing your own vegatables. over here they are hard to find, but as christian soldiers, these are the kind of weapons we should be asking our goverments to arm us with, ive heard that in american cities, in the run down areas people are starting gardens off their own backs these are the kind of seeds god wants planted. you can feel the love just by thinking of the possibilitys.

That would be cool if the Government would allow it. What I mean is, in the area I live, you can not have livestock of any kind within city limits and that also includes chickens. But I do love to grow a garden, I have a green thumb and love spending time with the Lord as I water and clean out the weeds in the garden etc. I love that alone time with Him. I don't spend money on veggies because I do grow my own, but it's the meats, and milk that cause a headache.

thats great mate everyone should be able to have the oportunity to grow their own, your message should be preached to everyone. me and you brother both live in democracys we should start a program where people can at least keep chickens no matter what the enviroment agencies say we have to take back our lives from the slave masters of COMERCIALISM and profit, we own our countries and as christians we can see the slaves shut up in their neibourhoods with no purpose because they have had it all taken away from them, they cant even keep a chicken, because if they did it themselves then their would be no profit for the fat cats, these devils at the top are very clever, no wonder crime is so high people have no purpose.
lol sorry sbout the spelling

ive had a vision lol, the way we are living is like a forest of poles all a 1000 foot high and we are all climbing them, they all lead to death (when you get to the top you fall off) the christian needs to stay on the ground and chop these poles down as fast as they can because there are no poles in heaven and when the time comes (jesus's return) you definately dont want to be on a pole.

LOL... Or a Gallows pole

in bagdad and old cities like that the houses are like squares, the centre is like a court yard and everyone has chickens and sheep in middle, the rooms are on the outside and the middle is open to the sky, the old streets are about 8 feet wide and cobbled, as the houses rise floor by floor to about 3-4 storys the gap at the top is about a foot so that there is shade below, the tigris is just a short walk away and fish smoke houses are everywhere. the people are happy, life could be so good, the children are children and the babys are born in thier houses the dads are just like you and me and the mums are like mums the world over, what is wrong with this devil i want to cut his throat and tear him limb from limb, for putting this sin between us, we can beat him, we can beat him.

North East

Hi there,

Gas in Mass. as of yesterday: the cheapest that I could find - $3.79 all the others were the mid 3.80's

In CT it was $4.09, as of Sunday.

In PA it was $ 3.69 or so as of yesterday.

(I've got friends and family in different places). :)

So yes, as Christians we are called to be good stewards of what the Lord has loaned to us.

I love to garden, but found in the past that the cost to grow my own veggies was more than to buy at the store. But maybe this year it will be different.

One thing I remind myself is that the Lord is on the Throne. We can trust in Him for our care. And lift up those in need of extra care. :)

I have to attend a 'Trustee Meeting' 200miles away a.m. Filling the tank this evening cost me £50 Almost 100 U.S. $ It cost me £1.10 a litre x by 5 for a gallon which comes out @ £6 a gallon approx = $12 per gallon.

Fuel is almost prohibitive in its price. I cannot help but think that traffic control, traffic congestion, is being controlled at the pump!

My thoughts.

Wow that's outrageous and to think it's only going up. Will we ever see it in the $2.89 range EVER again?

If my job was closer I would take my mountain bike to work. It's warm out now, it's great exercise and it would save money in my pocket. Whew

I was talking to a friend about the rocketing prices here in the UK, she was quite upset about it all as she drives everywhere, and our local petrol station was at £1.13.9 per litre y/day when I cycled past - sadly it doesnt affect me as I dont drive and have never had the urge to drive, I am happy on my bike/train/bus - but I feel for you all! With the rising costs of everything else these days, I gues it is just another onemore thing to empty the purses......:secret:
