In recent months I have seen witness accounts of Muslims being witnessed to. Myself, Guppy, fhlp and possibly nermeen being from Egypt.
In my dealings with Muslims some Islamic many appear to be atleast Christ-curious. Please remember the Muslim community in your prayers.

I have suspected for some time now that the mainstream Muslims have been seperating themselves from the extremists. What ever the reasons we are all one people under God, and they are children of Abraham.

I love talking to Muslim's because the whole "I don't believe in God" barrier has already been overcome. We live in such a secular culture (or at least we do in England) that when someone says "I believe in God" I thank God that half the work is done and I can go straight to Jesus instead of messing around with "Why are we here" questions lol! A lot of my Muslim friends also have such zeal to come closer to God and it breaks my heart that the path they are seeking him down is a dead end. But when I talk to them about my 'relationship' with God they become fascinated! because I know God (jer31:3).

So true. We have so much in common with them and YET we are a millions miles different because they do not know the love of Jesus Christ.

Father I pray that you can work in the hearts of all the Muslims in this world, and especially those with whom we are friends. I pray that you can touch their hearts with your Holy Spirit and point them towards Jesus the way the truth and the life. Let them become FASCINATED with who Jesus is and why he died and how he rose again. I pray that as we share our experiences of knowing you and our intimacy with you, that they can be wanting that same relationship with you. I pray that you will open the eyes of their hearts and break down all the barriers that they put up against accepting Jesus as their saviour. I pray against the work of the enemy in blinding them; that the strongholds that he has put in their hearts might be broken in the name of Jesus. Thank you that you are calling all people to you and that no one is that far from you. I pray you perform a miracle in transforming Muslims and claiming them for your kingdom. Thank you that you are the living water and that when they taste you they will never thirst again! AMEN

Thank you redfox for this and is my point. I think I coined the phrase "Christ-curious" and this quote explains where it came from. Many Muslims over the past 15 years, have seen my growth in my relationship with Jesus. Everyday I have new thing to br thankful for and new things to give to Him, because I don't think I can deal with them. Currently there are 2 Islamic Muslims in the Middle East that wanted to know how we can veiw the Father, Son and Holy Ghost as just one. So I used my explaination here in the "Trinity Poll" to explain it. To see how much they understood. The questions they had for me cut right to the heart of Christianity, which I am answering now. This is where our strength in the Lord is and must be. For both our sake and those we lead
keep the prayer coming and let the Muslims around you know that Jesus came for ALL who chose to believe in Him.
