Hi there dear sister

You need to praise and worship Jesus. Listen to praise music and sing to it. The enemy hates that.

Submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee. James 4.7

He cannot stop you from talking to God because He that is in you is greater than he that is in the world. 1 John 4.4

The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy but I have come that they may have life and life abundantly. John 10.10.

1 Pet.5.8 Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

God bless you sister  :rainbow: :rose:

Ephesians 6:10-18

10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

Hi minory girl,

Satan certainly doesn't want you to talk to God, he wants to keep you as far away from God as possible. He will do anything at all to keep you from talking to God. You have been given some good scripture here, and the one I will give you is Romans 12:2 "be transformed by the renewing of your mind". When he starts whispering in your ear try and renew your thoughts by thinking of God instead of him. It's so easy to concentrate on what satan is saying, (believe me I had many, many years of listening to his lies), but so much more beneficial to listen to what God is saying. We've all come through this at different times. Put your faith into action and tell satan you are not going to listen to him, and turn things around and talk to God - even try reading a psalm aloud to God, anything that will turn your thoughts to God. Prayer isn't about big words etc - it's simply talking to God just as you would a friend.

The devil will always try to stop you getting to the Word, he doesn't let up,

1Pe 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

He will work and use all kinds of people around you. He doesn’t want you to have that relationship with God.

He will stop you reading your Bible, he will stop you preaching the Word to others, he will even attack you in your prayers, and he will try to break up relationships, put lies and deceit in your head. But we have the Spirit that is far greater in us then what's in the world.

1Jo 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

The above scriptures was recommended to me some time back, and I hold fast to it now. I printed it off, and made copies, it's at work on my wall, and it’s at home by my computer. So when I felt I was being attacked, I just kept repeating that scripture.

Remember our battle in not against flesh and blood, your enemy is spiritual, the only way to fight him, is through God's word.

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Jesus will always help you, he is there to help you always. One day, I got so tired of the spiritual battle, I just cried out and aksed Jesus to pray to the Father for me, he did so and took the battle away.

Mat 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

You believe and it will be done. Seek the power of God, you will be amazed.

2Th 1:11 Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:

It seems that prayer is a difficult area for you. You need not struggle with prayer. Prayer has to be a simple communication with God. It is like listening and talking to Him. You must pray from the heart, freely, spontaneously, and in your own words. Begin to pray only at a time you are comfortable and least distracted.

Let your words be few. Read Ecclesiastes 5:2. It says, “Do not be quick with your mouth; do not be hasty in your heart to utter anything before God. God is in heaven and you are on earth, so let your words be few”. Further, at Matthew 6:7 it is written, "When you pray, don't babble on and on as people of other religions do. They think their prayers are answered only by repeating their words again and again."

God knows that what we utter does not always reveal our secret intentions. With right intentions, prayer shall not be a difficult area for you.

Try uttering His Holy Name!

Feodor Dostoievsky, in "The Brothers Karamazov" tells the story of a Russian girl who in her despair wandered Russia praying:

"Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, have mercy on me, a sinner."

Jesus' name is powerful, and the devil is helpless before it.

Also remember that another name for the devil is 'Lucifer.' In latin, Lucifer means 'the maker of light.' Jesus is Light Itself! Which is stronger? the light from the lamp at your bedside, or the light from the sun? which will bronze you? which makes plants grow? Light Itself is Life! the light that is made by the devil is dead light, false light. he has no power over you, my sister in Christ!

Just keep praising Him! The devil hates to hear praises to God. Just remember that the devil has already been defeated. May God send a special blessing to you.
