Youth Ministry books4 Youth Leaders

What kind of youth ministry books should i read before the church starts to get big.? Cause i've been called out to be the youth leader @ my church but my church is real real small like there is the pastor , first lady & me.
I don't know anything on how to run a youth program. I tried to ask my youth leader @ my other church if he could take me under his wing & well show me how to run a youth group basically. Anyone have any advice for me?

I know of a great Book...the bible. LOL simple huh,. but really you'll do fine just wait apon the lord and read his word he'll show you what to do.
