Your King

For God [is] my King from of old, Working salvation in the midst of the earth. Psalm 74:12 NKJV

Long before you were born, God thought about you and about the ways He would use you to bring Him glory. He carefully considered all the ways He would make you different from everyone else He created. There’s only one you, and there will never be another.

Make today a day of celebration as you remember everything God has done in your life. He saved you from the chains of sin, from the darkness that threatened to swallow you. Because of Jesus, your sins are forgiven and you are eternally free to worship and serve your King.

Today is a new chance to reconnect with your King. Rejoice as you see and feel His presence and His never-ending love for you. Reflect on His unfailing love and step out in faith today, knowing that the King of kings has you in His hands and will never let you go.

Prayer: My King, multiply my time so I can worship You longer and praise Your name with all that I have. Bring me to a place of rest so I may consider all the ways You love me and shower me with grace. Hold me so I can be reminded of Your steadfast love. Open my eyes to Your grace so that I never feel like giving in to fear.

May every believer know that Jesus Christ is in us and with us always that by faith we know He is in us as promised since the moment we had first believed the gospel and got saved.
