Doesn’t it seem like every church only has everyday 1 person speaking? Day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year generation after generation? Nobody in the congregation gets to share or speak at all?, input, participation?
None of them already know themselves a little about the bible?
It also says, that there are many different types of gifts of the holy spirit, and types of believers and different services, yes, i notice most if not all churches, all rotate around the pastors priests dominantly, why not allow for the other gifts and types to have their turn? their chance? Church could be 1 thing every second week, and something different every third, and every second month, again, different

YES WHY NOT ALLOW ALL THE OTHER DISCIPLES TO PREACH, LEAD, TEACH, INSTRUCT, ADMONISH, CORRECT, REBUKE AND SO ON?!??
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; Ephesians 4:11

#2 PSALMS DAY, HOUR
(here is a new idea for church) so it says the book of psalms is for "encouragement" and it obviously is (Encourage each other with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your hearts to the Lord. 20 Always give thanks to God the Father for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:19-21)
Church on Sundays, Saturdays etc, can be like and involve.... why not for 45 minutes have the whole congregation in reading out loud of psalms, (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: THEY NEED PRACTICE INFRONT OF THE ENTIRE ASSEMBLY AND PERIOD,…. Practice makes perfect) where 1 person reads, practices speaking and in church, etc etc read 1 paragraph, then it is passed on to the next person if they will it, getting everyone involved, giving everyone a chance, breaking in getting comfortable in Gods house, holy house of prayer sanctuary.....please run this by your pastors priests i think its safe to say, we all always need constant encouragement courage in speaking up, speaking out... ice breaker... (all are also encouraged/highly recommended to practice speaking without the microphone and speakers, SPEAK UP! LIKE JESUS, practice,.. makes perfect!)
#3 TESTIMONY DAY
There could also be a testimony day, where as many people as possible share their stories of coming into the faith, keep it short simple and sweet for time is limited, and many to go around.

#4 SHOW AND TELL DAY
Where congregations members, present and perform etc what they learned over the years, from their pastors priests, in front of the assembly.
