Working with other people can be a real blessing, or it can be an absolute pain in the neck! We're all made differently and we each have personalities that are as different as the colours in a kiddies' crayon set.
Some colours will work beautifully together and some will just clash horribly. When we're supposed to work closely with a colour that just doesn't go, your first instinct is to run away, refuse to do it, and to be horrible to them. Maybe it's a kid at school you have to do a project with, or the know-it-all at work you just can't stand. The annoying thing is that you can't do everything yourself. As great as you think you are, it's guaranteed that the other person or people can bring something that you're missing.
What you need is the grace and patience to find it! Working with others will make you so much stronger than trying to get the glory and do it all alone, even when they're O so annoying!
Imagine a rainbow. It goes right through the spectrum of colours, yet the colours don't clash, it's beautiful! Every one is equal, included and has something to bring and the result is spectacular. So if you have a clash today, pray for grace and ask God to help you figure out their true colour.
