Vision - do it!
'Write the vision and make it plain' Habakkuk 2:2
So after a week of looking at this whole idea of vision, what do you think? How ever you're feeling, just remember - God wants you to find your vision right now - you're never too young to start following God's plan for your life - and He'll work through it with you whatever happens.
Yes, there'll be obstacles on the way and it won't always be easy, but you are the right person for the job - in fact, you were made for it. Are you still a bit scared by it all, thinking, 'Well, I'm only young, I've not got much experience in life, surely I won't get it right'? Or are you really excited and can't wait to get going, wanting to find out what God's got in store for you?
The Bible describes God as 'ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, abundant in kindness...' (Neh. 9:17 NKJ).
So if you mess up on the way, turn to God and say sorry - He's ready when you are, to turn you round and point you back in the right direction. Yes, you may be living with the consequences if you do mess up a bit, but by God's grace you can still live to see your dream fulfilled (just like Moses did). How awesome is that!
So what are you waiting for - get going with your new year's 'reso-vision' today. Find it, follow it, and you will end up fulfilling it with God right at your side.
