Some people hoover up their food quicker than your family Dyson. Others are 'savour the flavour' types who take their sweet time chewing every mouthful.
Multi-taskers talk whilst eating and let you in on the process of how exactly their food is breaking down - a delight for all at the table! And then there's the 'nibble, pick or play' sort who spend most of their time rearranging the food on their plate rather than actually eating it. They can spend ages before even moving the fork to their mouth!
We're all different in how we approach the little things in life. But we can be sure on this tasty fact - God's ways are different from ALL our ways. It's important to remember that if we're too concerned with making sure everything's right before we talk to people about Jesus, we'll never get started.
The Bible says, 'Farmers who wait for perfect weather never plant. If they watch every cloud, they never harvest' (Ecclesiastes 11:4 NLT). If you're waiting for everything to be perfect with you or those you care about before you open your mouth and start telling people about Jesus, you'll never get round to it - or see the rewards.

Challenge yourself. Next time you're with someone you haven't told about Jesus, pray for God to give you a way into the conversation to start sowing! See what God does!
