What do you consider the difference between a church n a temple especially now a days there are what I consider temples all over the place n a new one popping up constantly

It depends upon how the words are being used.

In a general sense, a Temple refers to a building where believers of a like mind or religion congregate. Mormons and Jews like to use this term.

The word Church, on the other hand, is generally used by Protestant Evangelicals to mean the Body of Christ, or the group of people that have organized themselves into a local community of believers. These typically meet in a Church Building, but quite often the word building is dropped out of conversation.

In wonderment many were drawn into sola scriptura. When the 40 years came to an end, they had received the temporal land represented as eternal. The ceremonies (shadows)were no longer needed to cause a wonderment. The gospel seed was planted.

Last church I had been too was in Phoenix Arizona.. I so miss them..the people there where like a family..I been searching for another true Church for the last 13 yrs haven't found One..The places around me their pastors lead them into sinful ways instead of the Lord n it' sadden me n fills me with sorrow when I see n hear them blind leaders lead their people into darkness..

The kingdom of God works from inside a believer. Not by sight. Not the historical but the spiritual unseen.

The parable must be mixed. The things seen temporal historical with the unseen eternal or no gospel rest.

Christ has given us the interpretation tool needed to rightly divide the parables which without Christ spoke not . .even once

It should be at the forefront of any study

2 Corinthians 4:18;While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are Eternal

Don't think it really matters whether a place of worship is called a church or a temple as people are so particular about things these days. What matters is who do they worship. Do they worship Jesus as Lord and savior or is it some other character.

I argue the same point when it comes to the churches in general. The point is is that do they follow the core belief that everyone else believes or do they have something new and different.

What I'm trying to say is that everyone who is a child of God follows a core set of beliefs. Jesus is God, Jesus is the son of God, Jesus became human, a man, and lived Among Us. Jesus died on the cross, for the Forgiveness of sins. Jesus rose from the dead. And ascended into heaven. Jesus opens his heart for all of us to be with him. We need to be baptized. We need to seek God's forgiveness. We need to receive Jesus as our Lord and savior.

I would say that virtually everyone here believes these core beliefs.

The problem that we have as the children of God, is that we argue with each other constantly. We don't look at each other as brothers and sisters are the same father. We always think that we're right and they're wrong. And this is where the problem lies with everybody.

The fact is simply this, if you love God and love your brothers and sisters then I will see you in heaven. You must forgive each other, you must accept each other. You may not understand the Catholics the Catholics may not understand you you may not understand the Baptist you may not understand the Pentecostals you may not understand all these other groups, I really don't care. You have to forgive and you have to be forgiven. And this is even for those who feel they have nothing to forgive you still have to. Because if you do not accept your brothers and sisters just because there's some other faith, then you are needing to take the log out of your own eye before you take the stick out of your brothers and sisters eye

I believe words are very important it's why so many are confused so many see a building n call it a church all's it really is a dead building made by man.. the church of God the Living God is His people n his people don't need to go to a building to worship Him it is a life style it's the way of Life for one.. for it is written..

But the hour cometh n now is when the True worshippers will worship the Father in Truth n Spirit..


Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly nor stands in the way of sinner nor sits in the seats of the scornful but his delight is in the Law of the n does meditate on it days n night he shall be like a tree planted by rivers of water that brings forth fruit in his season.

N let's not forget about Big brother Jude n how he warns us of all the evil men that crept into unawares..

We r told we will know His children by their fruit..

If I go to a building because I want to be around believers n I walk into what looks like a movie theater a concert hall I can see what their fruits are..any one can live in a mirage He tells us mine is a house of prayers..if I see no table for the Lord set if they do not break bread together like we r told if they r more concerned about politics n worldly issues over the salvation of their soul I find that troubling in my spirit n I must leave n I do not return..

we r told not to burden our brothers n sisters n we r told the Holy Spirit can Not be bought or Sold..I find it horrible for anyone to take a dime to tell other about the Lord that there shows me the character of the person but juda tells us about the men that crept in..

Many made the Word of God a profitable world value to get what one wants in a worldly sense why discernment is a must in these times frfr..

Yes sola scriptura all thing written in the law and prophets proves God is righteous . It did its work during the first century reformation the 15th a carbon copy.

I don't need a building made by man
nor do I like concerts n movie theaters which is what most of these man made buildings have become..

It is written we r all brothers n sisters one can go to a building on a weekly basis get gussied up but unless they love each other like they r brothers n sisters it's all in vain

All I did was suggest that you start a "church" since you hate all the other ones you ever visit.

I have been in cathedrals, the generic 1800's Protestant "castles", the movie theater churches, as well as home churches. And I've found heartfelt disciples of Jesus in everyone of them.

Since you dislike EVERYTHING (because of course YOU have the utmost perfect special "discernment") then at least start a home church. Are there any members here that you "discern" to be saved or follow Christ? Or is everyone here from Satan?

From what I've read, though, life has put you through the grinder, so I can understand your bitterness and hatred for all things Christian, but just don't fool yourself.

Go do something positive instead of belittling everything else. Go post something useful instead of accusing everyone of being from Satan.
