Will you help me?

Help me please. Quite a few months ago a Jehovah's witness came to me door. He was a nice polite elderly man and not long ago, I finally invited him in to talk with me. What a mistake. I have to tell him that he can't come any more, but I don't know how to do this. I need strength in my spirit to tell him that his beliefs, don't match mine and in fact are mucking up my head.

Last week he told me that Jesus was Micheal. That is not true and I don't want these untruths spoken around me. Jesus is the ONLY begotten Son of God and I am firm on this, but the Jehovah's comments on this and other biblical untruths are chipping at me, bit by bit. It doesn't help me that I don't have a family to turn to, as they are all roman catholics and view Mary as the mother of God. How am I going to keep my path straight, when everywhere crooked paths lay in my way?

Thank goodness Chad, that I have TalkJesus. You don't now what this site means to me. It is so safe to come hear and share in Christian faith.

Anyway, could you all please pray that I have courage to toss out this elderly and friendly man and his female delegate. In Jesus name, I thank you for your prayers. Amen and loveixie

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the wisdom and discernment you've blessed my sister with.
I ask that you give my sister strength to do your will.
Take control of the situation, give her words to speak, give her the mind of Christ.
Purge her from all the lies , renew her thoughts as she set her eyes on you.

Bring true christians in her path Lord, help her build a healthy network of friends.
I pray for the elder man and his friend, that they find the truth.

Bless my sister Lord.

Better yet, how about Father gives you the strength to speak the Truth in love to them. HolySpirit give Pixie the right words and season them with grace and through her words let these men who are deceived be faced with the Truth.
