1 Corinthians 13:13 "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

The greatest of these may be love, but don't underestimate the power of hope. When we are in our deepest depths of despair, it is hope that keeps us going when it's hard to get out of bed. Have you lost sight of our hope? Our hope is everlasting. Our hope is full of grace. Our hope is in Christ Jesus.

That you for sharing your information about hope.

A pastor recenty described hope as being "a sense of expectation that God's answer is coming based upon His promises found throughout Scripture. Placing your hope in God is not wishing. Wishing is based upon nothing more than emotion and feeling; it has no chance of becoming reality because it's not based upon substance. God's law is substance. Our hope is based upon what the Word of God has said about the thing for which you are praying. And God's Word never returns void."

This was written by John Hagee. I can no longer support John Hagee's ministry based on a recent decision he made, but that's a different story for another time. Regardless, I do like how he described hope.
