When we do not believe, and follow Jesus Christ, until we do are not a anti- Christ? What does the BIBLE say?

If a person follows the works of the devil, does that de facto make that person the devil, i.e., Satan himself? No, of course not. That is the context of 1 John 2:18 about the "many antichrists", those are about the followers of the devil. But 'the' Antichrist is the devil himself.
