Matthew 9:27-30

And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us.

28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.

29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.

30 And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.

I want you to notice something, because often times people think if I can just get enough faith to get God to do, but the truth is God doesn't need your faith to do anything. God doesn't wait on your faith to do something. That's not what faith is for, it's not for God to do, but it's for you to receive. Notice, Matthew 9:29 According to your faith be it unto you, so that would have to mean he's not determining. Notice, Jesus said the men's faith was determining the outcome not him. How can the men's faith determine the outcome, because God had already decided and provided the answer ahead of time. How do I know that, because Hebrews 11:1 says, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. It's according to your faith, because it's already done and faith is a means of you receiving not getting God to do. Because, if it's not already done you can't have faith for it. How can you have the substance and evidence of something that doesn't exist, you can't. The only way you can have faith is because God has already decided and provided. And your faith determines whether you will receive it or not. Look at Hebrews 4:2,3 For indeed we have had the good news \[of salvation] preached to us, just as the Israelites also \[when the good news of the promised land came to them]; but the message they heard did not benefit them, because it was not united with faith \[in God] by those who heard. Notice, what they heard did not benefit them because they didn't have the faith to receive.

Look at verse 3 For we who believe \[that is, we who personally trust and confidently rely on God] enter that rest \[so we have His inner peace now because we are confident in our salvation, and assured of His power], just as He has said, “As I swore \[an oath] in My wrath, They shall not enter My rest,” \[this He said] although His works were completed from the foundation of the world \[waiting for all who would believe]. Look at Acts 3:6-8,13,16:
6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

Notice, what Peter said, his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong. God did not decide to do that miracle when the man got it manifested. Jesus said before hand in John 14:12-14
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
Notice, it was decided and provided by God ahead of time and by faith that miracle took place physically. Because, someone knew how to receive a miracle and not sit and wait for God to do one. God doesn't wait for you to have a problem to provide a solution, no, He provides a solution long before you have your problem.
Miracles are decided and provided long before the miracle is manifested. Look at Isaiah 7:14 14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. Do you think God didn't already know what virgin it was going to be. So, when the angel showed up and told Mary that it was her it was already decided and provided long time before. And Mary had the faith to receive it Luke 1:45 And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

Look at Malachi 4:5,6 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. Who is that referring to, John the Baptist. In Luke 1:17 it says, And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. This is the angel talking to Zacharias John's father. He and his wife had been praying for a child and the angel showed up and told him, God heard his prayer verse 13 But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John. But, Zacharias didn't believe verse 18 And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years. What did the angel do to Zacharias, made him mute. He had to shut his mouth because had he spoken something out of his unbelief he would have cancelled God's plans. Just like the children of Israel did when God told them to go possess the land, but they said that they were not able. And notice God's response,
28 Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the Lord, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:
29 Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward which have murmured against me.
30 Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein.

Notice, they cancelled God's plans for them when they spoke out of their unbelief. So, no matter what God has decided/provided if you speak out in unbelief, notice what Hebrews 4 said, what they heard didn't benefit them not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. Notice, where things are decided and provided in the spiritual. God considers a thing done once He establishes it in the spiritual, not just when it shows up in manifestation. But, what people do is wait until they see to believe. In Genesis 17:4,5 it reads- As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. When did God make him a father of many nations, when He established it in the spiritual. In 2 Corinthians 4:17,18 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. That word look means to take aim at, regard, consider, take heed so it can't be referring to your physical eye sight because it says things not seen. Notice, the things which are not seen are eternal or spiritual. He tell us to regard/consider the unseen things, why.

Because, understand whatever you can see is only the product of something you can't see. Notice, Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. What you can see was made of things you can't see. And Hebrews 1:3 says, Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power. The seen was made by and is upheld by the unseen. God shows us in Jeremiah 5:22 Fear ye not me? saith the Lord: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it? So, the waves of the see come in and go back out because God made a decree setting it's boundary. Job 38:11 shows what God decreed, ‘You may come this far, but no farther; here your proud waves must stop’? Notice, what you can see there's something behind it that you can't see that's keeping it functioning. So, if all you know is the natural then you are only left with what the natural dictates. But, there is another realm that God says to consider, a realm that's unseen. How can you consider something you can't see, by God giving you revelation. By God opening the eyes of your understanding.

Ephesians 1:17,18 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints. So, where are you getting your knowledge from that's important. Are you just relying on what your senses tells you about the matter or are you allowing God to give you knowledge/revelation. The word revelation mean-to pull the cover off. To pull the cover off what, so there has to be something there in the unseen that you can't see until God removes the cover so you can see. God wants you to consider what He shows you because that's your answer. The word of God rules in the realm of the spirit where the physical material world is birthed from. Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy. See, God lives in the eternal realm so when He releases a word it's released in the spiritual. And once it's established in the spiritual God calls it done. Now, understand this in the realm of the eternal there is no time, 2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. Now, here's the thing what is done in the eternal/spiritual where there is no time has to be received in this realm of time. So, even though it's done there it might take time for it to manifest here in the physical realm.

So, when I call things that be not as though they were I'm not denying what is present, I'm just calling what's in that other realm waiting for it to manifest here. Because, that's what the scripture says, Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. That word confession means to say the same thing. That word salvation means far more than only being born again. Notice, it says you confess unto so the implication is when you first start confessing the thing is not there in manifestation. But, the scripture says to hold fast to your confession of faith, why, because it's working it's way into this physical material realm. And when people don't see physically what you're saying they are going to think you are crazy. But, if you stick with it at some point you will see what you are saying because it's already done, that's why you confess unto. It didn't say anything about God doing, it says you confess unto. God said in Isaiah 55:11 that his word will not return to him void (without effect), but it shall accomplish that which I please. You have to remember you are spirit so you are capable of operating on a higher level than the natural. But, to operate on a higher level you first have to see/understand on a higher level.

God enlightens you/spirit, that's why Proverbs 20:27 says, The spirit of man is the candle of The Lord. Psalm 18:28 says, The Lord will enlighten my darkness. He enlightens you by his word, Psalm 119:130 The entrance of thy word giveth light, it giveth understanding to the simple. The things of the spirit are foolishness to the natural mind- 1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. You have to operate out of your spirit not out of your flesh, flesh has no idea about the spiritual. Because, it's outside of the senses where the natural man gets his information. When God does something in the spiritual, that thing is done, but not detectable by the senses, and you can't let present circumstances in the physical sway you away from what God has done in the spiritual. What you need from God is already done, and you receive it/take it by faith.

It is not God's will that any should perish. And I wouldn't want to end this article without giving someone the opportunity to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. It's very easy just pray: Dear God- I know I have sinned and I now turn from them and I invite Jesus to come into my heart (Revelation 3:20). He died for my sins and you have raised him from the dead and I now confess Jesus is my Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9,10). I thank you for saving me, Amen

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:12). 1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. Romans 5:8-10 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. [9] Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. [10] For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. 2 Peter 3:9 King James Version 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
